Best Buy, a well-known electronics retailer, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers praise the store's helpful staff and knowledgeable associates, others have experienced frustration with the lack of assistance and long wait times. The reviews suggest that the store's customer service has declined in recent years, with some employees appearing noticeably annoyed or unhelpful when assisting customers. However, there are also positive experiences, where customers were able to find the products they needed and received excellent guidance from the staff. Despite the varying experiences, the overall sentiment is that Best Buy has the potential to provide great customer service, but the execution can be inconsistent. Customers are looking for a more reliable and attentive experience, with staff who are willing to go the extra mile to assist them.
Got a killer deal on a 40” flatscreen! They helped me decide which one to purchase based on my needs. It was even on sale!

It lost so much of its luster when the physical media was phased out. What would have been a great outing, grabbing a couple DVDs turned into just a mindless browse session that left me with an empty feeling of good times.

Staff was knowledge and helpful. Took time to explain how the backup battery I was buying is used. Suggested an upgrade, minimal cost, but would be beneficial in the long run. I also subscribe to Geek Squad which has proven to be very helpful. I would recommend Best Buy
