“i was scammed by what they call gypsy and he messed up the paint on my Mercedes. i had an estimate from body shop for $850. I called Nick and sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me a quote for $350. so I asked him to do it and he was at my house in two days and painted my car. He did a good job. I saved a lot. There's also a small dent on my car and he painted it for free. The dent was so small so I don't need to have it fixed. Just paint is fine for me. “Gerber Collision & Glass, Menifee: Drew was outstanding Estimator. He gave me a estimate from several months back and told me he could save me even more money. I turned the car over to them I received my car back when he said it would be ready. It was as good as new with a savings of hundreds of dollars. He lived up to his word. On the other hand, Gerber Collision & Glass, in Lake Elsinore: Is a one star rating. Emelio the Estimator, was rude, unprofessional a BS er, trying to tell me the estimate was just that, (a estimate) telling me the $1700.00 estimate could easily go to $3,000 dollars saying the radar would have to be recalibrated at $800.00 more. I got 4 estimates and none of them said anything about radar recalibrateion. To prove his point he started poking his 3 fingers into the small hole in the bumper cover making it worse. He even said if I did not let him do what HE wanted I would have to tow the car out of there and pay for the work done so far. I reminded him I'm paying cash and you do what I want not what you want. I asked him are you really trying to talk me out of getting the work done here? So I left. Gerber Collision in Lake Elsinore I'am sure has lots of good employees just not the one the public deals with. What a shame.”
