“Tracy, a young man in the Paint Department, went above and beyond the call of duty the other night. I needed two cases of black spray paint to recover my metal fence. There wasn't enough on the shelf so he got a ladder and got me the two cases I needed from overhead. It's always refreshing to see a younger person be competent in their job, polite to the customer and get you what you need in a hurry. Lowes has great customer service with this young man, Tracy. “We purchased two shelving units last week from the Lowes/Murrieta store. We had a problem with the contracted delivery service they use -- the driver appeared to be quite lazy and not interested in bringing the shelving units inside my home. Fortunately, we met Aaron in the delivery department at this particular Lowes and he was quite helpful and accommodating. In this day and age where customer service is quite hard to find, Aaron is a great example of what customer service was and should be now.
