“Man is a life safer!! My dog murdered my window’s button/motor literal minutes before I had to leave for work. I was panicking calling everyone to try to get it fixed because I didn’t feel comfortable going to work and leaving my car in public with its window down all day. He got to me in like 10-15 minutes and got me squared away in just about the same time. He had to take the inside door out all because my dog popped the switch into the door and it was stuck. Then we find out he completed busted the motor. Johnny was able to get it out and pull the window up for now. Needless to say when I get the new motor I’ll be calling him back! Thank you again!!??????”

I gave them a call and they quoted me $450 for my replacement! I called same day and they were able to get me in and out very quickly, dropped my car off at 12PM and it was ready for pickup by 1:15PM! I brought in my 2022 Tesla Model X which got a crack in the bottom left of the windshield and she wasn’t able to guarantee the work based on the type of crack so sue did the best she could and didn’t even charge me. Having unfortunately been in an auto accident on July 15th that was the other party's fault, there was absolutely no question about where we would take our car for repairs: Fix Auto. From our very first phone call, Ms. Breanna Croy was phenomenal—providing a masterclass in great customer service. She was incredibly friendly, organized our vehicle check-in flawlessly, and took it upon herself to provide frequent, transparent updates on the repair progress.
When a delay arose, Breanna proactively communicated the issue and clearly explained the reasoning behind it, which I fully understood and deeply respected.
