Quick and easy rental online, with virtual manager at site for gate code. Reasonable pricing with half off first months rent. Accessable 24 hours for additional $30 per month is great for musicians/engineers who want to store equipment right after gig. Best storage rental in Menifee area by far.

Terrible! They get you in there saying you get an Amazon gift card if you stay so many months and refer a friend. There’s no gift card . The person in the office has no idea how to get the gift card. It’s a third party thing. Then after you don’t get your gift card they raise the rent on your space. Totally misleading and fraudulent advertising. Don’t fall for it .

Phil was so incredibly helpful! He went above to help us fix an issue we were experiencing with our unit. He was patient, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about his help on an issue that could have been very frustrating. We find this facility to be clean, well maintained and the staff are always helpful. Highly recommend.

1 month in and they raised prices 30% for no reason. When I called and asked they said “market value” and when i asked if market value went down would there be a price decrease and was told “no”. We will be looking elsewhere to be able to vacate soon. These are not business practices I care to support
