I enjoy shopping at the CVS @ Newport & Bradley. The store is clean, well organized, and the employees are courteous and thoughtful. The staff has a good attitude about helping customers find what they need. Bravo to the Menifee employees who keep the store looking neat and know how to treat their customers right. Thank you for the good service.

I called to ask about passport pictures. They said they do it all day until 10pm. Came in and Anthony helped set up my cvs account to have discounts. Calm environment and Anthony was very helpful.

I have Workers Comp prescriptions with zero co pay. The first time they processed it wrong, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to reprocess do I was not charged. 2nd time, they got it correct. The 3rd time, they screwed up again on the exact same medication from the same Dr. I am having my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

The CVS pharmacy on Newport and Bradley is our go-to spot, and it deserves a solid five stars. It's more than just a pharmacy for us; it's a one-stop-shop for prescriptions, last-minute groceries, drinks, and greeting cards. Today, we grabbed cold medicine for our daughter, and the convenience of self-checkout came in handy, despite my usual aversion to it. While we no longer use their photo development due to Walgreens having better printing machines, CVS remains unmatched in 24-hour convenience. The only gripe is the occasional slow checkout and a persistent line at the pharmacy. More pharmacists would be ideal, but the overall convenience keeps us loyal to this CVS. Five stars for being our reliable neighborhood hub!

CVS do better, you're a billion dollar corporation and you can't invest money in trialing your staff on customer service?? Odley needs a refresher course on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Please thank odley for me as I will be taking my family's prescriptions to Costco.

Poor customer service would not recommend if you’re trying to get your medication. I have been to this pharmacy for many years but Araceli doesn’t treat me like a customer. I don’t know how she treats her family but she treated me awful.
