I've been shopping at Gallant Medical Supply for a couple years now, and they always have everything we need. It's good to know we have a medical supply store in Sun City that is open every day!! Plus the girls are very nice!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is extremely unprofessional. I am not sure who the owner is; however, my father had open heart surgery. We were instructed by his surgeon to document his blood pressure daily. We have bought from here before years ago, so we decided to return as costumers. We bought a blood pressure wrist cuff. I am a provider myself; however, I am not his care taker. I have a blood pressure cuff myself and a stethoscope so I would take his blood pressure myself. After one use, the systolic and especially the diastolic. The device gave inaccurate readings, which defeats the purpose. Unfortunately, I am not at home most of the time to take his blood pressure. After the consistent inaccurate readings, we decided to return to this place to exchange the product. We did not ask for a return. We simply asked if we could replace the device with one that gives accurate readings, as it is pivotal to monitor the health of this patient. The lady we spoke to (I should have asked for her name) stated that it was policy that the store could not offer an exchange on personal items, such as any item that has made contact with the skin. She then opened the box and stated the device was scratched and she proceeded with accusing us of trying to exchange a product with food on it. The device most certainly did not have any food on it. However, she kept raising her voice and arguing. I have never received such poor treatment from a sales associate. She then tried to take her own blood pressure with the device to demonstrate that it worked. To which I then proceeded to tell her that the device will give her a reading but it is not accurate. We also do not know her baseline blood pressure so she cannot argue that it works. We took this device to his doctor and compared readings with the standard blood pressure cuff and stethoscope, their digital blood pressure monitor and the one we purchased. The cardiologist recommended that we get rid of this device as it proved to be inaccurate. After she placed it on her self and touched it, we told her she contradicts herself because now she touched it herself. If she is worried about infection control, she just breached it herself and we cannot place that cuff on a patient, who requires everything to be meticulously clean, in order to avoid infections. I simply told her I worked in customer service years ago before becoming a provider myself and her behavior was extremely rude and uncalled for. She stormed to the section that had the blood pressure devices and raised her voice in frustration stating, “I’ll just give you another one then!”. To which I responded, we don’t want simply another one. I wanted to pay any difference if the price of the new device was more. I could have been extremely rude and stooped down to her level but what’s the point? I can’t argue with these kind of people who have no desire to help others. It ended up getting resolved after going back and forth and I hope this device works. However, I will not be a returning customer here nor will I recommend this place to anyone. This place lacks professionalism, empathy and great customer service. Sincerely, a very angry customer.

Gallant Medical Supply is your one stop shop Medical supplies. you will find everything that you neef. all the people who works there are so friendly and helpful. I got all my Medical equipment that i need for all our patient who needed DME.

I've been using gallant medical for over 2 years , for our patients and absolutely love the staff. They're patient, understanding, and get orders done quickly and efficiently! Clean equipment and very high quality. 10/10 highly recommend them for any of your medical equipment needs they also accept Medicare medical orders / referrals from your primary doctors (helps save you some money!! Medicare covers most your equipment needs)

Gallant Medical Supply is AMAZINGI came in to buy adult diapers and couldn’t believe the selection of wheelchairs liftchairs and scooters they have. The staff is very knowledgeable and informed me they are also a Medicare provider and able to bill insurance with a prescription from my doctor. I am so happy I have found Gallant Medical Supply and will definitely be back. I encourage others to come see for yourself what a great store this is. 5 stars⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought my grandfather in to buy a wheelchair, completely new to the entire process and was nervous about whether or not we would make the right choice or get a good deal but the staff here made the entire process effortless and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of! 100% recommend coming in for any medical supply needs!

10/10 Customer service, I went in 10 minutes before they were closing for the day, in need of a mobility scooter for my grandfather and not only did they have a ton of great options to choose from, but the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating helping me find the best scooter within my budget. Thank you Gallant Medical Supply!
