“The absolute kindest and most efficient people work here! My mom called me needing help at the last minute with a sewing problem. We found that the Michael's in Menifee had what she needed but, as a senior with walking problems, she could not go into the store. The very nice lady on the phone explained that if I could place the order for my mom, they would bring it out to her car even though it was past the deadline for pickup orders. My mom was on the phone with me when she pulled into the parking lot and this amazing lady was already outside with the purchase! It may seem like a little thing, but my mom and I are so grateful for kind and caring employees like this! I wish I knew their name, but the next time I am visiting, we will be in there again as this is the kind of store we want to support. Thank you!!”
