Unorganized mess! Had to redo lab work because an entire set of samples were all contaminated by them. Then, they completely lost my test and claim they never had it. Not sure what is happening at this location but I would definitely go somewhere else!!

Had lab work done today and I had a unprofessional tech advise me I should drink more water before I come in for blood work. This lady needs to retiré do to her rudeness and unprofessional ways towards me. I will be calling corporate on tech lady. This lady stuck me mutiple times as if it was her 1st day. It wasnt because I seen her for years at the Hemet location. After several attempts on the right arm she proceeded to the left. On the left arm she got it right!! Lab corp its already a stressful situation getting blood drawn and to have this seasoned tech in the field should be a crime!!

Making an appointment here is useless. You still have to wait. Bring the paperwork from your doctor with you. Even if you filled out all the information online they will not have a record of the test you need to get done. The practitioner was very good at drawing the blood samples.

Wait time for walk ins was over 1.5hrs, half of the people waiting were standing (not enough seating), the monitor that tracks your wait time was not working, & online appts are 2 weeks out.

So I'm VENTING!.... made appt. on line in Oct. for this location for the Friday AFTER thanksgiving. This morning ( Wednesday) i get a voicemail at 7:30 AM saying I need to reschedule due to they will be closed Thursday ( Thanksgiving & Friday!!! ) I ask myself ? so why in the world did they NOT block out FRIDAY ! for appts. !!!! On top of it all this location is open only til 1:30. Why cutting back on hours of service?? Wait room was PACKED, I've been coming to this location for over 5 yrs. now. The ease of online appts. where u can choose date & time makes it easy & convenient. Techs have been friendly & accommodating. CORPORATE GET A HANDLE ON IT.

I had the best experience at Labcorp in Menifee, CA! Check-in was a breeze, and the entire process for drawing blood and getting was hassle-free. Oscar, who drew my blood, is a miracle worker – it was the first time anyone successfully drew my blood on the first try. Despite being told I'm a hard draw since childhood, Oscar made it seem effortless. I usually dread getting tests done, but this time I left happy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'll definitely be back to this location.

I've never had any problems with appts or the staff. My recent issue is I called for several days and leftmessages just trying to find out if they received my doctors orders given the fact I was unable to physically go there before my scheduled appointment or do a walk in to no avail I never received a call back. This lab work was very important to get done before 2 separate MRI's. I have now rescheduled lab work in hopes the results are to my doctors before my appointments and already having to go to UCI which is up to 2 hours away from me and this non answering the phone fiasco did not help my situation at all. If they're not going to answer the phone at this location or return messages they need to fix the recording and say people cannot leave a because we won't return your calls. This is very unprofessional for this company. Given some of the reviews I saw this seems to be the norm for this location and it needs to be fixed.

Went to LabCorp for lab work. The office is clean, check in is easy. LabCorp has check in keosk, has a TV monitor to see your place in line. Front office staff are professional and polite. Monday's and Friday's are pretty busy. I went on Friday, I was able to sit down in the waiting room, say hello to a few folks waiting to be seen, it took about an hour to be called, had a nice time saying hello to people waiting. My name was called, the lab technician was professional and made my lab work feel I was cared for. We shared a little social interaction, it felt nice. I can't remember her name nice person. Thank You to all at LabCorp for your help and professionalism in helping me with my Lab work. Veteran, Perez, Jesus.

People working there were nice however I waited over an hour before being told that they couldn't complete my TB test because they were out of kits. Waited for nothing.

Have to sign in on a machine, then the receptionist calls you, then you wait again to get called back.
