Good evening I write to you today sadly and embarrassed by the service we received overall after purchasing couches at your Menifee location. We set a delivery date for March 23 to be delivered. The driver got here at 11:47 which I have on my Ring app Camera at that moment, my son came out and let the driver know that my wife had just left to pick up medicine for my son and had my on speaker and wife spoke to the driver to let him know she was around the corner and she was five minutes out and would be home briefly the driver let her know he didn't like that she didn't respect his time, my wife, shocked by his response apologize again, and told him she would be home in five. She got home at 11:58. We received an email that they would wait till 1203 and he also told me wide the same thing. When my wife got in she let them know I'm home. The driver looked her up and down in disgust and shrugged his shoulders and told her he would not be delivering the couches and this is where it all went downhill. My wife looked surprised by his response and told him please just bring my couches keep in mind you we spent close to $5000 for these couches and have waited close to a month for them. I threw my old couches out so I have no furniture in my living room. The whole time the driver argued with my wife for close to 30 minutes said he was talking to his representative which he wasn't lied on his report about feeling threatened by my wife. Again I have all this on my ring app. even though he sat there and argued with her, but I'm sorry when someone feels threatened they normally jump in the vehicle and drive away or call the police, which never happened. I called the living spaces spoke with representative and the representative assured me that my couches will be dropped off my wife let the driver know and whoever he was speaking with another representative and said living Spaces told him to go home. This went on for you 20 minutes I have this all recorded on my Ring and I didn't like the driver that the driver made my wife look like a crazy woman because I have film of all this on my ring camera. Takes off I drive all the way from Mission Viejo from work. I have received a call from the manager at Living Spaces Menifee. they assured me my couches would be back today. If it wasn't it would call me back by 5:30 PM. Guess what? Never got a call back so I went to the store and all I got was people passing the buck. no one takes responsibility and blames everyone else I was called a liar one of your representatives I was told that would be followed up on on Sunday. The person that called me back to make sure that everyone else called me and I'll that was Vontrey. I got a call from your warehouse from a lady called Brianna. Talk to her said she would email me never got a email. No one no one is taking responsibility. We were mistreated, respected and belittled by living Spaces. I am embarrassed to ever do business with your company again if you have any questions or need, please have your market Director or manager call me. I don't want to talk to anybody at the Menifee location because no one takes responsibility of anything. It's Wednesday now and still no call or resolution. I asked for a district manager to call me or store manager and I'm still waiting. I'm sorry I spent $5000 at your store. I know it's not a lot to you guys but I saved up for the special couches for my wife , and now we have no couches and a horrible experience. Living spaces your distribution center and Menifee location are the definition of horrible customer service.

worst customer service! horrible service! take your money elsewhere!!! they sell you furnature then if you need help when it starts falling apart in less then a year they deny your warranty claims right and left! they do not return calls or pick up the phone in the first place. i have gone into the store twice and guess what just a new number to call that doesnt pick up! i swear to you do not waste your time they are a dishonest company! and this store location is terrible!

We purchased furniture 4 years ago w/warranty. the warranty if you don't use it, you get a portion back. 4 years later, my we didn't get notified. Khalil @ the store looked up our info & stated that we're supposed to get notified in 01/2023, but they never entered it into the system so figure it out. Khalil left us a msg that a credit would be granted just as long as we spend 2x the amount. On 03/13, we identified two desks. At the time of purchase, the refund & exchange policy were explained to us, but failed to inform about the credit.On 03/15/24, both desks arrived already put together off the truck. 1st desk arrived unscathed and in perfect condition. 2nd desk:screws were stripped & it was severely scratched so the driver took them back & we did not accept the condition. 20 mins later, my husband went on the website & found another desk. he contacted customer svc to ask if we can just do the exchange paying the difference & have them deliver the new desk. He was told to wait for a call regarding delivery of the desk so that we can order the new desk. We informed about our discount and they weren't sure that he would have to go to the store about the credit. 03/16/24 we get a text that the original desk would be delivered on 03/17/24 which we called and told them not to schedule it & we are trying to get a different desk.03/17/24 we got text in the that the original desk would arrive on 03/18/24. 03/17/24, my husband decided to get this resolved with the Menifee location. A lady behind the counter was speaking to my husband. My husband described this lady as bing irritated and had an attitude. my husband called me.I could hear her saying "no, we can't take that discount & apply it to a new desk. The system won't allow me to do that." My husband proceeded to ask if there's a manager he could speak to and she replied that she's the manager. I called customer service &explained what has transpired. The rep said she didn't understand why the store refused to help us & that they should be able to honor the credit or offer a solution to us. 03/18/24, we decided to make ANOTHER trip to the store to speak with any other manager but the lady my husband had interaction with. The asst mgr Vontre greeted us and we explained. he diverted us back to the same lady my husband did not want to talk to because it was like talking to a wall. this lady still didn't offer any solutions and rather kept shutting us down. She then proceeded to say "so i still have your original desk. Do you want it delivered or do you want me to return it?" My husband decided that he was completely unhappy with how we were treated that he will just return the desk. At the end of this conversation, we asked for her name and she said I told you my name is Jasmine and we asked for her last name which her response was it is Jasmine R. I don't need to give you my last name because I am the only Jasmine here. Today, 03/19/24, I made it a thing where I would make sure our voices were being heard. I went to the website and the online chat turned on. Nelly was on the chat and listened to everything I typed and even made it a thing to apologize to me for ur experience with the store. Nelly made it a thing to escalate it to her lead and making me aware that they would try their hardest to find a solution. Nelly did as promised and informed that the credit couldn't be given but a ticket would be put in for the matter to be reviewed. This evening, we received a phone call from supervisor Lindsey and I assume she does not work at the Menifee location. In the end, our issue was resolved by Lyndsey and Nelly who do not work at the Menifee store. Jasmine R. needs retraining on customer service, problem resolution, empathy and interpersonal communication. If you are having a bad day, please don't bounce that onto customers. She was giving us an ultimatum and putting a gun to our heads. I was going to give 1 star but Nelly and Lindsey made it better and t

Simple: decide product, pay for product, product delivered...enjoy product. Now for the good stuff...Great customer service and quick response to my many questions. All related to size, color variation and durability. Price clearly printed, so there were haggling. Delivery was on time with updates....last did I mention Customer service was outstanding. We purchased our sofa from Living Spaces in December 2023. We selected the couch we wanted, picked the fabric and picked out fabric for the pillows. The couches were estimated to arrive February 1st however they got delivered yesterday. The delivery men were nice and did a great job setting up our new couches. I am very pleased with our overall selection and love our new couches. I gave 4 starts because The sales associates were a bit pushy and it was extremely uncomfortable having the woman with the iPad follow us around the entire store while we browsed. If I sat down on a couch to check it out, she would immediately come over with the iPad to talk about fabric and pricing. I did not like that and wish I was given more space to freely browse with my husband without her hovering.

Delivery date was missed. Didn't call me until an hour before the end of delivery time. We already got rid of our table in preparation for the new one. Ten gave us a delivery date 2 days later only to get an email of a 2 week window. Called to figure out what was going on and they said they couldn't give me ANY delivery date. I ended up canceling the order because it's a week before Thanksgiving and I can't risk not having a table. Asked if they could offer any discount or accommodations on a different set if I were able to find one due to all the issues and they said there was nothing they could do. I've spent THOUSANDS at living spaces. Won't be going back after this unfortunate and extremely inconvenient experience. Just praying I can find a table before Thanksgiving.

Customer service agents are not very customer service friendly.I was going to purchase a dining room set, but I walked out instead.I will take my business elsewhere. No one acknowledges you and just walks right by you.

Absolutely an awful experience. I was tossed around to three different sales people in the matter of 15 minutes. I then paid extra to get my items delivered the next day set up in my home. The items came stained, damaged and torn. Now I have to wait two weeks for someone to come out and try to clean it. If they are unable to clean it, then they have to order new items. I called customer support and they were not able to refund me for my delivery fee I paid for or compensate me in any sort of way. They told me I have to wait for a technician to come out to replace these items. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never shop here again. If the technician cannot clean or replace these items in a timely matter, I will do a full refund.

Supervisor Scott has a major attitude problem i was going in there to more than likely buy something but he had a more than unpleasant demeanor, i asked him a simple question letting him know i was interested in the sleeper sofas and if he knew how to open them and he just lost it "No I Am Just A Supervisor I Don't Know How Anything Works Here I Just Walk Around All Day And Do Nothing", Maybe he should look for a new job where he does not have to deal with people losing customers and sales.

On the hunt for the perfect sectional, I visited four other stores including Mor, Ashley’s, Macy’s and Jerome’s till I finally was beat down exhausted when I walked into my last stop, Living Spaces. I did my usual tour of walking around when one sectional caught my eye. It was by the design duo and partners Nate and Jeremiah.Called the Marcel, it was super soft, the seats were deep, and it was the perfect size for our small-ish living room. I knew it was the one but I brought back my whole family, my husband and my two boys, to try it out later that night to make sure it was the right fit. It was! We all loved it. I struggled with choosing the color but I’ve always wanted a blue couch so we chose that color. It takes up to 35 days to get the couch so we are now eagerly awaiting its arrival.Natalie was the salesperson who made the process easy and effortless. Thanks, Natalie! You’re a pro.Here’s a picture of the couch in black, on the showroom floor. When we get our blue couch, I’ll post pics! (More to come…)

Allison was awesome, very knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is huge with an amazing selection of quality furniture. My wife and I purchased a live seat and 2 Hercules swivel recliner chairs. We will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and quality merchandise.
