This pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called for my refill today and the man that is Indian with a very thick accent that answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to him what I needed, and he said he is a boss yelled at me told me to shut my mouth when I tried to he told me to shut my mouth again if I spoke again, he would cancel my prescription so I stay quiet for a few minutes to hear his rant OK and then told me he was canceling my prescription. I literally could not even get one word in, somebody needs to fire him I need medication to live. I am a diabetic who needs medication to make sure I keep my health in good standing but he did not care and he hung up on me. I have never called a pharmacy and be treated like the way I was today it is totally unacceptable.

It's a great pharmacy. They have a good supply, I feel like they wanna help, and it's a different feel than the bigger pharmacy. Close parking, and they have some other things like bandaids and other medical stuff, so you don't have to go elsewhere for a little thing you need. I used to get the orange soda, but now I'll grab a vitamin water, so that's good they have that. It's gets hot somedays. Anyway, thank you lotus pharmacy! C-ya next time.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this pharmacy. The staff is nice and friendly, but the pharmacist is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional! He was not only disrespectful and nasty to me but also to my doctor and his assistant. He literally said the "F" word more than once for absolutely no reason, that man should not even be allowed to have that job! Absolutely disgusting!

LOTUS pharmacy has been also able to assist with patients with medications who are difficult to get and approved from other pharmacies. I highly recommend this local pharmacy!!! My wife called on the phone today to ask about a prescription and the man on the phone, I'm guessing it might have been the pharmacist by how condescending he sounded, told my wife that he knew more than her basically calling her stupid. Thought this place was better than this. Thanks lotus, we will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.
