Update: Glenn from Menifee Lowe's Hardware reached out to us and said he was able to arrange a washer swap. A new one was returned to the store as the customer didn' t like it after all, so Glenn arranged a one for one swap with delivery. It was delivered yesterday, without install, but we did it. Washing is underway. Thank you Glenn, because of you our 4 grandkids and my husband on chemo will have clean laundry. We appreciate you going the extra mile.

I purchased a slab door two days ago and by the time I got to my job, the door was damaged from the rain. I went back to Lowe's and purchased a steel door that cost me another $250. When I tried to return the original door, Diane, the manager on duty, looked at me like I was stupid, put her hand on her hip, turned up her nose and told me that she will not return the unused wet door because she didn't sell it to me that way. I think that Diane let her pride get in the way of taking care of me as a customer today. Maybe her attitude would have changed if she knew I spent over $300,000 in materials last year. I know that she could have accepted the door as a return and sent it back to the manufacturer for credit. It would have been the same procedure if the door got wet while in transport from manufacturer. Diane simply did not want to help me. I suggest investing in a new management team that is willing to take care of their customers.

Terrible selection and customer service. I have bought 4 different items that are wood from their very store, and they refuse to cut any of them. Of course, that's because they want me to pay 4 times the amount to get them "custom fitted" instead of doing right by the customers and helping them make their product work. "Lowe's knows home improvement?" More like "Taking customer service to new Lowes"

The service was so rude!!! One Lowe's employee was following me like I was a criminal when I was trying to find a blank wall plate. Then I asked another employee where the blank wall plate covers for a cable box was, and the person said, "It's right in front of you" with an attitude. What was in front of me was a switch plate cover in the box. He said that I had to pull out the box, and I started pulling the box, and the blank wall plate was under the light switch plate. I never had this kind of rude service in my life. Maybe they were rude because it was 2 days after Christmas, but thats not my fault. I don't know why, but the Moreno Valley Lowe's has 100% better service then the Menifee store.

Tracy, a young man in the Paint Department, went above and beyond the call of duty the other night. I needed two cases of black spray paint to recover my metal fence. There wasn't enough on the shelf so he got a ladder and got me the two cases I needed from overhead. It's always refreshing to see a younger person be competent in their job, polite to the customer and get you what you need in a hurry. Lowes has great customer service with this young man, Tracy. Thanks Lowes!

This store is so dumb. We tried to return our 8ft animated witch from Halloween because when we set it up the mouth wasn't moving like advertised and dress was ripped before we opened the box. $300 later and they said there is no way they can take it back because it's past Halloween. Jazlynn in returns is incompetent and not willing to help you even if you spent 300 on a product that doesn't work. Don't come here. We will never buy our Halloween decorations here ever again. Learn how to help people. Your a big corporation with more than enough means to refund or replace an item that is so expensive that doesn't work.

Bought a "Craftsman" Shop Vac less than a year ago. (a Lowes backed Zombie brand) Now, when I need a new dust bag? They do not carry it - don't want to help you find one - and recommend a "replacement" that doesn't fit. Listen - Think before you buy anything from Lowes that might EVER need a disposable part to make it work - because in a year - they will be happy to sell you another 130 dollar item because they can't be bothered to support what they already sold. Absolute Zero.

We just moved into the area and needed a Refrigerator. Glenn in appliance greeted us right away even though he was talking with another guest. As soon as he was done with his customers, he checked in on us and asked if we needed any help or any questions. He was very informative and honest with his recommendations and assisted us in getting a new Refrigerator. Not only did he help us with that process, but we needed assistance in plumbing as well and he took his time and walked us through the aisles to get exactly the things that we needed.

Terrible servic, never answer calls, have no knowledge on basic ass tool. How do you run a business like this when they have piss poor employees who can't even help their own customers this is embarrassing. This is why they have such a low review rating it speaks for itself the services shit management needs to do some thing and be better clearly it's not VZ employees are the issue for his piss poor rating, especially the guy in the who runs the hardware department, absolute joke.

We received 10-star, amazing customer service from Tracy in The Paint Department last week. This awesome young man went way above and beyond for us and definitely deserves a raise & a prize. We were also very impressed with Front Manager, Jose, who was so very helpful and friendly as well. And-Denise, thank you for the info and sweetness on the phone this morning. These people are an asset to the Lowe's Corp. and deserve prizes. THANK YOU , PEOPLE! :)

I thought the first time that we had horrible service and waited for several months for a washer and dryer might have been a one-time incident. In going back to purchase a dishwasher that was in stock, it took them over a month to get it installed and then we had major problems. Unprofessional installation and water damage under the sink in my cabinet now. The appliance installer was extremely rude and just kept saying that I signed off on it! Apparently, Lowe's will not stand behind anything that they do!! The installer took up a third of my cabinet space because he said he only had an elbow connection and not a straight one as it had before that would go flush against the wall.

Was hoping that my last purchase of appliances and installation was a one-time horrible experience so I thought I would go back to Lowe's and buy a dishwasher and have it installed. Big mistake. �

Wont go here again... waited 20 minutes for help getting a water heater. Was going to be spending at least a grand. No one came so I got frustrated and went to leave. Apparently the exit I went to was emergency exit only. The staff sitting in the chair said nothing to me as I walked that way to get out. I asked oh is this an emergency exit?? She's like yes just slide the door open. I just walked around to go out the proper way and there's staff on their cell phones ect... Nobody could help me???? Wont go to this Lowes again 9/11/2023 at 213 pm

Had the pleasure of dealing with April and another rude manager. I have purchased a couple of large appliances and other items in the past and had great experience with customer service however this time was very disappointing. I was told I should have looked online to see they wouldn't accept a $30 plant back without a receipt since the plant was purchased with a gift card... who looks at a website to confirm they with be able to return a plant without a receipt. At this point I will only be going to Home Depot for all remodeling and plant purchases. Hope Lowes is satisfied with losing another customer over a $30 purchase.
