Since Lowe's prefers to be the ATT equivalent of customer service calls (40+ minutes to speak with anyone from customer service), I'll be moving my years of shopping with them to home depot instead.

Go to Home Depot instead. I bought an incorrect $8 outlet and wanted to exchange it for a $28 one. I had a clearly legible receipt on my phone which is apparently not enough. They want a paper receipt. Wouldn't give me store credit either even though I wanted to purchase the more expensive one. And the lady at the exchange counter had a major attitude problem. This was the last time shopping here.

They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?

I went to Lowe’s to purchase a fridge that I needed same day. Asked an older lady for some help I think her name was Stephanie. She told me “it will take her a couple minutes to look it up because she has to go through every fridge” I told her it was ok I’ll wait for her to do that. She continued to assist multiple Caucasian customers. A total of 3 couples. I was getting so frustrated because I was there first but I felt like I was being ignored for being colored. But then Glenn asked if I needed some help and he did everything I need so quickly and it did not take him long at all to look up the fridges that were available. He had us in and out within 10 minutes. My experience was awful due to the older representative Stephanie. But Glenn made everything so much better. He’s the reason I’ll be back to this store.
