Wonderful craft store for almost all your supplies. Large selection of stone beads, crystal, glass, wood, acrylic and more! The employee at the register for check out was gracious and patient with people with disabilities making a purchase. She was fantastic. I do not remember her name.

Hardly any sales representative on the floor to assist customers. One very nice and helpful person from Frames asked if we needed assistance, that was after 30 minutes of wandering around. Wish I knew her name, but she was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice store coming here for 13 years never have a bad customer service but today were picking up some supplies and the associate terresa was very snappy to every single inquiry not just with me but with other customers too ? i hope she improves her attitude little bit very rude

Clean store & helpful staff. Recommend logging onto their wifi to view online coupons or to make calls/video calls to spouse/friends, at least for my phone service, because I get zero reception in that store. I wish they'd do something about that... other than that, great place!
