Overcharged.
Design given looks absolutely nothing to what I asked for.
Color I asked for pink she gave me white out of her own choice.
I asked for 2 services once I asked for the price she said she did 4 services that I didn’t ask for.
Attached I added what I asked for and what I got.
Completely over priced.

Love this place, been coming here for years! Pam is the best but honestly, everyone is so nice. The owner is so welcoming and always says hello to customers by name. Prices are reasonable and they dont cut corners with quality.

Tammy is the best! If you love foot massages with you pedicure!!! You can't get any better! On top of all that she's a sweetheart! The salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly! Give it a try I'm sure you will love it 😀

DON’T COME HERE!!!! Never have my nails hurt this much. Mind you I only went it for a simple gelish. The lady use the drilling tool so much on my nail it became highly fragile. Not only that but they attempted to fully charge me for a manicure when they only removed my previous gel. Please don’t come here they have horrible customer service and give snobby looks.

Every time I go there, they tell me they can't do exactly what I want, then I say I've had it done before and it turns out just as I asked! Ive been there so many times, it's pricey but since where in a small town I guess that's normal.. my nails always end up looking fantastic and I always get compliments

Came here for Gel x & pedicure (called 1st to ensure Gel x nails were a service they do) seated promptly, but to be stuck with the worst experience! My poor finger nails- the nail tech began to glue and apply the Gel x nails, while doing this she suddenly began to attempt to remove, not one nail but ALL after she had applied them / the tugging, picking and pulling was so uncomfortable! What are you doing?!?!? I’m removing, so they won’t come off?!! So essentially she did not apply them right I guess!?!! So she proceeded to redo and glue the Gel x back on as she soaked nails individually in I believe acetone (the smell was strong and chemically) Nails were finally done after all the hassle and feeling totally uncomfortable, so unnecessary if you knew what you were doing! I immediately looked at the disastrous nails ; they were so UGLY (glue & skin visible & nails not applied right and not shaped/ filed how I wanted ) the nails did not last either started pooping off ! The pedicure was just as bad, cut toe nails so short and I did not recall cutting my cuticles / overall very substandard and the biggest irritation was I specifically pointed out that I need callus remover - they looked absolutely terrible and I was told you have to come back again?! I have never had to go back for the same service because it was done right! They do not know how to apply Gel x and suck at pedicures at least who I had! Waist of time & money !

This has to be the worst customer service experience nail shop ever in Menifee and they play their music loud . The workers stare at you as if they don’t want to be at work . All they want is to take your money please do not go to Lee for nails he is extremely rude with a bad attitude and MiMi is rough when it come to pedicures.
I advise anyone not to come here if they want a relaxing experience.

Hands down the worst nail salon in the area & I have been to most of them. The nail tech who did my nails took so much length off my natural nail I have to start over growing them out for my gel manicures & she gave a terrible shape. They were ALL slanted and when I showed her she got an attitude and filed them down so short. I asked her to stop and for someone else. My pedicure lady was ok but after that she kept asking me loudly “is this ok is this ok” and it wasn’t (toe nails still too long/ she refused to use clippers only wanted to file) but I wasn’t about to keep complaining. By the 3rd LOUD “is this ok” I said NVM and got up. $40 for polish removal and horrible service. Don’t go here if you’re particular and get your nails done regularly.
