Ordered for same day pick which is supposed to be ready in “2 hours or less”, waited 3 hours, didn’t hear back about my order, finally called in & it wasn’t until then that they actually got my order ready. Not sure why i had to call in for them to do their job but it was an annoying experience, first and last time doing same day pick up here.

My puppy was groomed here & came back with a hurt leg. I’m not sure what happened but they didn’t inform me of anything that went on with him even if it was an accident. Ridiculous! Would never bring him back to this location. The groomer who was supposed to care for him is Arianna.

I was regular at petsmart but the manager decided not to give services anymore because my dogs are senior already, both 14 years old. He was saying the female has a health issue even though the veterinarian saw my female dog, it's normal to get old, and she's doing fine. She's not aggressive. She's a pug and fully vaccinated.
I only ask for nail trimming, but whatever on their file, they said they can't give any services anymore, not even for nail trimming.
Good call manager, whoever you are, you do love taking care of animals.

I love this PetSmart It’s clean. Staff are friendly, and I was able to get our puppy his shots there the other day.

I took my dog for a haircut there for the second time, a few months apart. The first time I showed a picture and was told specifically that she could do it and there was no problem, when I came back I got something completely different because she just did what she wanted. Today after 3 months I took the mini toy poodle dog and the same thing happened I asked for something very specific I was told that they would probably have to cut her shorter than I wanted and I agreed but what they did they just shaved the dog's whole body including the face and ears that are swollen and full of hair like 2 Completely different dogs. If you don't know or can't meet the customer's request, just say you can't and don't say yes that you'll actually do something else. Disappointed for the second time. I will never go back there in my life and of course I will advise my friends not to go there either!
And they charged me $91 for it!!!!
