Very hard to get an appointment then the process is very confusing at times. I just filled out a form on line today but so far not received a confirmation # not sure how to confirm my appointment. Wanted to get an appointment for Monday as I have an appointment with my pcp doc on Tuesday. Menifee needs a couple more Quest offices as there are many Seniors living in Menifee area. I am going to suggest to Rancho Family Medical that they offer other labs for their patients.

My phlebotomist was excellent. She quickly found a good vein. I felt no pain when she inserted the needle into my vein. She was very professional and friendly.

I had a problem with quest receiving my order for basic metabolic test. The first technician. Refused to help and gave me 10 minutes to get new order from my Dr. I had order resent via electronic and fax plus am email to me. This technician sad she didn't receive new order via fax or electronic but refused to accept my email order. I had to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled for same day 1 hour later
The new technician couldn't find fax or electronic order in the system. She gladly helped me forward the email I received to Quest. She performed my test and I can say she was the kindest and most helpful person I have dealt with.

I had an appointment and the walk ins went before me. Then I wasn’t seen at my appointment time. I came early but they said they wouldn’t see me prior to my appt and the walk ins went first. Never again. Cold responses from staff. Dr Marsha
