Terrible wait times. Went for a 2:10 appt. with my disabled son and waited 30 minutes to be called. Only when his name was up next, they decide to call another man up first. I had to speak up and tell them that my son was first, because he is disabled. I am glad I go to these appts. with him as he would never have been seen. They don't pay attention to hold times; we are given an appt. and they have us sit for a half hour and take another patient ahead of us. I was on my hour lunch and was late getting back as we were there for an entire hour, for a 10 minute appt. We were 5 minutes early checked in and just sat and waited. Then, they took a long time getting his tests done; no sense of urgency. The only thing I can give credit for is the person taking his blood was very nice and she was patient too. I can't handle the wait times; we probably will not go to this location again. Appointments are made to avoid long wait times; get your processes together and get your techs to show a sense of urgency.

I've been to this location several times and always had a great experience. I've not left a review yet, but after our experience this morning, I have to come on and let everyone know how great this location is! Took my TERRIFIED 10-year-old daughter.. Wendy, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. My daughter was grabbing the walls in full flight mode, screaming and so scared, and she was so patient and gentle. We finally talked her off the ledge and she took her blood so well that my daughter told me that she would be able to do it again if needed, because it didn't hurt. THANK YOU WENDY (and also to her kind co-worker who helped)!

The personnel that work on their Menifee office are very proficient and pleasant. Their check in tablet/computer however, are very slow. It takes multiple jabs on the virtual button to make it register. I had to move to the other one since I could make the one on the left to work.

The technician was very pleasant to work with, and her technique was excellent - nearly painless.

Tanya was my technician and she has no problem obtaining my blood samples. She is very friendly and professional.
I make an appointment and am taken in within minutes of my scheduled time. The office is very clean. Couldn’t ask for an easier experience.

Most Quest facilities are disappointing in some way or another. This last time the phlebotomist didn’t change her gloves after touching everything! Doors, computer, paperwork. She even dropped the unopened needle on the floor. I watched her and she picked it up and just tossed it on the cart instead of disposing of it. I hate to think she used it on the next person. She also just left her gloves on for the next person. Disappointing.

Text to my phone to allow no hands check-in is a fantastic idea. Gets one more person out of the kiosk line and makes for a seamless transition.

Recommend you book your appointment online or on the app. The waiting room was full of walk-ins when I arrived, but I had an appointment and used the kiosk to check-in and scan my insurance cards. Tanya took me back for a blood draw immediately. Tanya is an excellent phlebotomist .... I didn't even feel the needle go in.

They make you wait when you drop off spunk for analysis...awkward.

Self check in was super simple, although a few older couples needed help. Make an appointment, bring your DL and Insurance card and you are dialed.
The lady who drew my blood was super professional, very nice, and very good at doing the blood draw.
Overall I was there for 15 minutes.

Made an appointment for my grandma at 7:10AM and they didn’t even call her, she sat there while they called everyone else up even the walk ins that came after her… the next day we come back and it doesn’t allow me to sign her in, the staff are terrible at their jobs and should be working at McDonald’s across the street instead.
