Save your money, don't waste time with Spectrum. I have the highest tier internet bundle with spectrum but the speed is unbearable. It is extremely slow and laggy that you couldn't imagine. I brought this issue to them multiple times but they just stated nothing they can do due to location... pretty much pay for nothing

Poor customer service. The manager was very not helpful in resolving issues either. I would not go there again. When I first entered the store, I was first on the wait list. However, I was skipped over and was told to just wait longer. The employee who helped me was very short and dismissive. He scoffed in my face when I went to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, instead of speaking directly to me, the paying customer, he spoke to my daughter, refusing to make eye contact with me. If I could give zero stars I would.

My husband and I were looking to add cable to our account for a reasonable amount since we are senior citizens on a fixed income. Our Customer Service Agent, Jesus Becerra, gave us exceptional attention and service. He searched the best deal for us, answered all our questions, and was very patient explaining how to stream cable thru the Spectrum App on our smart TV. He took time to print our directions on how to set-up and navigate the App on our TV. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and wanted to be sure we were comfortable with all the info he gave us. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions--which we did, and he answered them in such a friendly manner. Jesus went above and beyond in customer service. Our experience with him was the best customer service we have ever experienced! Thank you, Jesus Becerra!

I was supposed to get a special on my account for Internet and mobile phone. Spectrum had to do some construction on their end to get the Internet to my house and in the meantime, they said the special expired. I never got the correct rate that was promised even though I called and the supervisor said I would get it. Next time I called they said they didn't have it in the system, even though ai had a reference number. The Internet was very spotty as well with it crashing all the time. Also would not cast to different devices in the house. As soon as I got Frontier everything worked great for a much lower price. Spectrum does not care about customer service or doing the right thing, do not do business with them. I will make sure that no one in my family, including my children and grandchildren will ever use Spectrum for any reason on any platform or service.

Went to the Menefee store to get a channel guide. The worker gave us a guide that wasn't for our area. We had gone to the Temecula store to get the same type of channel guide. They were out, of then. The wife was disappointed.

Had a semi-complicated situation when trying to switch from another phone carrier to Spectrum. Brenda walked me through the process with ease. She is amazing! The world could use more Brenda's!!! :)

I have to admit I dreaded the task of replacing my cell phone provider and my cellphone at the same time. Since my iPhone was no longer supported, it made sense to do both. I was a few minutes late for my Sunday appointment, but Mateo was ready to help me immediately. I will start by saying I was in and out of there in less than an hour, and most of that time was spent waiting for my information to transfer over. Did I say Mateo was great? In actuality, he was outstanding! In the past, I recall an occasion when I purchased a new car and a cellphone on the same day. Believe it or not it took me longer to purchase the cellphone than it did to purchase the new car! That was not the case with Mateo / Spectrum. So far, so good with Spectrum connectivity. I was with T-Mobile for many years, and since their recent merger with Sprint, their service and connectivity have plummeted! It took me a long time to change, but boy am I happy I did. I have my fingers crossed that my service with Spectrum in the future will be free of too many problems.Again, I cannot say enough positive things about Mateo. He was friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, courteous, professional, funny and basically a kind, caring human being. Spectrum is lucky to have Mateo as a Sales Specialist because he made the entire experience a positive one for me. In a world of mediocrity, Mateo strives for EXCELLENCE in his job, and it shows!

Wife went to the store and Mateo told her she needed to be added to my account, we needed to call the 800# to add her, i told her im online adding her right now i happened to be on wifes speaker phone and he proceeded to tell her you cant do it that way you have to call, Mateo giving her attitude all the time, well i did do it that way and she was added. As the next person at the store went to help her named Isabel looked it up and confirmed it but then proceeded to tell my wife she couldn't take the boxes back unless our account was closed out, in all actuality i was on the phone this morning re arranging our account as cable is getting outrageous $300 a month for internet and cable is just too much the boxes cost $10.00 each per month so the lady that helped me on phone at customer service told me we didn't need the boxes we could download the app on our tv and use our spectrum that way which is what we were doing. If your going to train your people in the stores to tell customers they have to close there account instead of teaching them all the features you have and plans they can change there account to to help save money then close your stores. These people were both EXTREMELY rude and acted like we were murdering someone to return the boxes, we have been a 20 year customer with spectrum at home and my business, when we lived in Rancho, ontario, and now menifee area, we have taken items and replaced or returned them at the Grape st store and in Rancho and never had any issue at all. Im also a stock holder of spectrum holdings this is all making me re think if i even want to keep what i have with spectrum at this point im sure Frontier would like my long term business..... TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE AND TRAIN THEM TO KNOW WHAT OPTIONS CUSTOMERS HAVE AVAILABLE TO THEM, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE KNOW AND ARE VERY HELPFULL...........
