We went to T-Mobile to make a few adjustments to our plans during the week.Walter was the rep assisting us, he has a positive attitude and even greater customer service skills. He listened actively, responded promptly, and conveyed information effectively to us.He went the extra mile to address our inquiries and provided exceptional service. His friendly demeanor and patience created a positive experience for us.He possesses product knowledge inside out. He explained the features without time restrictions.We'll definitely ask for him, next time we need any assistance!

So frustrated with my experience so far. They blatantly lied to me repeatedly about four free phones with our new plan which turns out only three of them are free so I’m on the hook for $700. There was no misunderstanding, or miscommunication, I’m very careful to get them to confirm every aspect of the deal which included four free phones. Two with trade ins and two older models, as long as we were porting in new lines which we did. The staff member and manager both confirmed the deal repeatedly because I said I wanted no charges for the new phones. They said whatever they could just to get the new contract even though it was a bold lie. I’ve talked to Customer service and they said I’m stuck with it because I’m outside of their 14 day grace period. And even after I expressed my frustration with the process, he tried to upsell me to add new lines for a watch, or an iPad, rather than resolving the issue. This must be illegal. Now for the next 24 months, I have a $26 additional surprise payment. This was an outright Scam and bad business. My recommendation is next Time get their offer in writing with their names on it.

Very unhappy, returned my 5g internet, they lost it and I talked to a rep and they said they were going to look for it and not charge me for it, they charged my account anyway, over 400 dollars, screwed me over big time with Christmas money, would like to talk with a store manager, will drop all my line's if not resolved.

Customer service representatives, Celeste, provided extremely poor service. She wasn't knowledgable, didn't communicate clearly and didn't even go the extra mile to give us options t-mobile can offer us. We have been with t- mobile for more than a decade. Loyalty is not considered to be a good thing nowadays.

Walked right in got what I needed. Gentleman understood I wasn't there to buy anything else other than what I went in for. He wasted no time by not giving me any sales pitch and just helped me out with what I needed!

T-Mobile's "cancellation" of their autopay discount amounts to a $10/month, $120/year rate increase. We've been a T-Mobile customer for many years receiving the credit card autopay "discount." Now they take that away and force you to give them your direct bank account or debit card information to receive the autopay discount. For those of us that like to protect our personal information and therefore not provide T-Mobile with our banking information, the removal of our $10 "discount" is the same thing as a $120/year rate increase. It's only semantics! Terrible move by T-Mobile. But I'm sure they have statistically calculated how many customers they are going to lose and it's worth it financially. We'll be shopping for a new provider.

Went in for a phone upgrade and was assisted by Andrew. He greeted and assisted me within 10 mins. There were 2 other associates present who did not acknowledge customers who walked in. I appreciate Andrews professionalism and superb customer service. I ended up upgrading my plan as well with the new 5G and upgraded features to my plan. He took his time to thoroughly explain the new changes and made sure I got more bang for my buck. Overall I had great experience and just wanted to him to know how wonderful he is!

I was pleasantly surprised that this location was welcoming and the service we received from Eddie and Maria was stellar. The wait time for a busy Saturday afternoon was not too bad. We waited for about 15-20mins before Eddie helped us with the purchase of a new iPhone and a kids watch phone. The store is clean and there is ample seating in the waiting area. Items were in stock which was a plus!

Absolutely the worst! Customer service rep Mayra is incredibly rude, and to even call her a customer service representative is an insult to a service professionals. She is incompetent as to her products or, for that matter, how to be polite even to the slightest degree. Find another service provider, and if you must visit a T-Mobile store than stay away from the location at Newport and Haun in Menifee.
