While the location seemed nice and was conveniently close to me; the customer needs improvement. I scheduled a uhual online and while that process was easy via the uhual portal the customer care at this location lacks. I called to motility my reservation times and add a dolly and the person that took my call was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to call. I also understood that the location office was closed on my pick up day & although the employee reminded me of this he provided no information on how the pick up process would go. Upon arrival I proceeded with having to call uhual for the steps. Then the truck I was supposed to get had a jammed lock so I couldn’t get my key. The uhual rep had to change my truck which resulted in me not getting a dolly. This process delayed me one hour for an emergency move. Don’t recommend this service from this location as a result.

StaxUp Storage Menifee is awesome! Their staff is very friendly…Jessica was the attendant whom assisted me with the rental of my unit. To say she was very professional and extremely helpful does not do her attention to me and my situation justice. In the midst of a very difficult, stressful, and trying situation she was my blessing today. She was so very knowledgeable and patient providing the best support and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked into her office/reception area completely overwhelmed and anxious and without hesitation in less than 15 minutes Jessica made my day! Thank you so much for your kind and generous support Jessica. May you continue to shine brightly and exude Gods grace on all whom are fortunate to encounter you. Thank you! 😊
