Perhaps too good. A friend had her site hacked with spam blog entries. After setting up their firewall and cleaning up the site it didn't happen again. The once major concern became a distant memory. Upon renewal time she decided she didn't need to spend the money. Since it was originally charged on my credit card, the auto renewal charge needed to be reversed. Honestly it took some patience to rely on their online ticket support but they came through in the end. My friend may likely end up back where she started but that has zero to do with Sucuri. Thanks for helping me.

I had originally written a negative review but I was finally contacted by the Sucuri team and my issues were resolved. Maybe I just got unlucky and they were having a bad day. In the end, they came through and helped me out. I will be sticking with them. I still think they should have a tech team that speaks to people, rather than only communicating with customers by email. it would have made things a lot easier, at least in my case. Even if they take a while to resolve the actual issue, it helps to be able to speak to someone when you have a complicated problem. However, the point is, they came through in a bind, and I really appreciate that.

Terrible service client service and e en worse system for dealing with client issues (or not).The only time I had a quick response was when I canceled my reoccurring billing (which is automatically enabled upon signing up).I must have opened 15-20 tickets all for the same issue. It a complicated issue either.So dissapoonted and regretful for hiring their services.Stay away!
