Easily accessible from the 215 FWY and located in the 'Countryside Marketplace' shopping center by Ulta, with plenty of parking.
The store maintains a clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked appearance. It's a hot spot for teen shoppers, with a selection of men's, women's, and kid's casual wear, along with accessories and skateboards. However, the store's inventory of average sizes can be inconsistent, and customer service may be lacking, as staff may not be readily available to assist shoppers.

Came to do some last minute back to school shopping, knowing I waited too long to shop I was nervous to come in but was pleasantly surprised! There was a little bit of a line when we first walked in but it quickly shortened. We were greeted be every team member who came across us and asked if we needed any help. Even though they were busy they were all very eager to help and I appreciated the kids working today! We actually got quite a bit of clothes for the money we spent! We managed to get everything on our list in one trip! They did a great job getting backpacks down for the people waiting in line and trying to make sure everyone was seen, even before they got to the register. The manager on duty must be running this store right. Much more pleasant than the promenade location.

Weird experience with them profiling and even asking for your name to try on clothes. Tried on and bought the shoes but the manager stood at the door next to me like if I was gonna steal them. Kinda weird experience; with stuff on the clearance rack “not being clearance”. Just going to zumiez after this. Manager ain’t it…

Came in wanting to look at one specific backpack and the two guys at the register were rude as hell. I’ve gone to this Tilly’s my whole life and never felt more dismissed or irritated when leaving. If i could give 0 stars i would. These guys need to either be fired or get some therapy for their fragile egos and misogyny.

I'd give less then one star if I could I spend alot of money here and today some employee literally came and took the shirts off my arm like I was going to steal and acted like she was helping me "because I needed 2 arms to look" these kids are a joke not to mention the overly flamboyant whatever you want to call it with his painted nails and Elton john attitude I'm planning on speaking to the district manager learn customer service girls.....

My son needed some new TShirts and wanted to go to Tilly's. We had been there many times in the past and had overall good experiences. The Staff gets 5 stars, but unfortunately Yelp doesn't distinguish between Staff and merchandise. Needless to say, although the Staff get 5 stars, the merch...no way. I was absolutely mortified to find so many TShirts with drug references, devil references, sex references and "OBEY" references. These big corporations need to realize that We the People have awoken to the "Agenda" and are no longer going to tolerate buying garb from Babylonian death cult corporations who tow the line for mass mind-enslavement, and hypnosis over the minds of our innocent children. Get a clue Tilly's. Get back to cool surf wear and cool skater wear. Enough of the propaganda. We see you!

saw that tilly's had some low rise wide leg jeans so i decided to go in today & i believe alfred was the one who helped me,, he was wonderful and made my shopping experience so fun.. 5 stars just for him !
