Received my package today, that included a 20x24 picture frame and it arrived to my doorstep from this location broken in half. Extremely dissapointed at their poor handling of a package that states "do not stack, throw etc" clearly handle with care!

Driver did not deliver during stated times and then they tried to charge me extra money to pick it up at the facility!

I'm handicap and sometimes have to use a mobility scooter to get around, I was at this facility the guard at front gate would not unlock the handicap gate so I could mail my package?? What the guard told me to drive down to the main gate where the brown delivery truck come in & out which I thought was dangerous because my scooter is low profile I haven't been there since!!!

My order keeps failing to be delivered when I have included my apartment number already. It keeps saying information is missing. Does anyone actually attempt to drop it off? Also, how can I speak to a representative? The number I call is automated. I would rather pick up my order at this point.

I ordered two different packages and provided an accurate address. In both instances, UPS claimed that the address was insufficient. In the first instance, I was advised that the address was insufficient in enough time for me to drive an hour to pick it up. In the second instance, I was not advised and the package was sent back without notice. In both instances, the address is accurate. I do not believe that the deliver driver made any attempt to deliver the package. I am not happy about UPS and I will not use them again.After I sent this review, the same day, UPS Romoland called to try to fix the issue. They wrote down directions to my house and my phone number. The next evening, the UPS driver, Tony, who services our area, arrived with my package. He wasnt immediately able to find the house but he took the time to walk around the neighborhood until he found me. Great job Tony from UPS Romoland. So I am editing my review.

Terrible etas, they tell you one thing then another, doesn't matter whether online or on app, just get fed ex or amazon/USPS to deliver. May this corporation suffer more than it already is, I wish to never deal with these incompetent types again. May you go out of business and let the other shipping services do the real work.

Horrible horrible i was expecting my sons passport today. The ups truck came but he couldn't find my delivery and i been trying to contact the office and it doesn't let me talk to no one because i don't have a tracking number.

Horrible experience trying to get my package before Christmas, I placed my order dec 18 with the promise of driver before Christmas from Amazon, I requested for my package to be delayed by one day only to find out my request for that was denied by the carrier after being shipped without being given a reason as to why, I had to call off work to make sure I could be home and receive the package during the 3 hour window frame of delivery that had been pushed back without my knowledge so i had to wait even longer through out the day, the driver did not give me anywhere near enough time to come to the door and receive the package, I ran inside to get my keys in hopes of catching him and drove around for 3 hours without any success, I opted for the ups my choice for same day pickup at an access point and paid the fee with the promise of a phone call for confirmation within an hour at around 5:30 pm, I did not receive any sort of confirmation for another 4 hours at around 9:30pm after they were already closed, then i find out they scheduled my pickup for the 27th and that they are closed Christmas eve despite ups supposedly being open and delivering on that day, my package is tied up in a location only 10 minutes from me and I can't do anything about it, it's about to be 2023 and ups is still relying on delivery windows instead of GPS tracking, this isn't the first time I've missed an important package the same way, the last time I actually managed to catch up to the driver. the waiving of any insurance if you pre sign for drop off is bs because then I can't return it if it's damaged, this was a waste of time and money for me, this has been very stressful and upsetting. I guess I just have to be outside for 3 hours waiting like an idiot next time I want anything delivered from ups, step up your game UPS

Great place and great staff. They have security at entrance very professional and they guide you on where to drop or take your packages and finish your business.

There are a few drivers who are very disrespectful.... They don't care about their language usage and they drive down your road like a bat out of hell.... They just don't care anymore and I wonder how they would feel if someone talked to mom the way one just spoke to me..... if I could do a zero star I would

This office is s****** I have been waiting for my package since yesterday and they keep putting a hold on it I already talked to someone this morning to release the hold and have it delivered.. I check the tracking status and is on hold again... so frustrating!!!!

I have never had any problem from this facility. When I have picked upy packages they are helpful and friendly. I believe that clear communication is always important.
