I live on Broadstone Way by the Golf Course. The mail lady is CONSTANTLY putting the wrong mail in my mailbox and im having to do her job and delivery mail every evening. NOW IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME! I've been waiting for an important piece of mail, I got the email w pics saying it was going to be delivered, check my box and everything is there EXCEPT WHAT I NEED!! WHO DO I NEED YO TALK TO IN PERSON TO RECTIFY THIS ON GOING SITUATION?????

Y'all have a $2,000 package of mine holding some valuable car parts small light weight box holding injectors you did not knock when you came the first time you left a note I followed every instruction put the note where you said you have not left the package still I tried calling no answer I tried searching it up using the United States Postal slip you left it is saying my package cannot be found what is going on?? Do i need to hire a lawyer?

Mail is always mixed up and lost , and sometimes the mail man or woman forget to leave the key for packages. Lazy office workers !

They gave me a number to reach them because Canyon Lake doesn't handle the delivery of the mail. When you call their number, it says the line has a full mailbox. I guess they don't really care whether your mail gets delivered or not!

Not enough parking, long lines, small office.
This location should be only used for sorting. Not suitable for customer service.

I only go this USPS location as the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I feel nervous going to any other USPS location as the reviews are not so good. I only send shipments internationally and the staff help me with information on goods to send. You will be well taken care of here and won’t be rushed.

I go here often and I’ve noticed how well every employee is at multitasking, because this place is so busy and the lobby is so small, they’re constantly dealing with a new set of circumstances every minute that goes by and every one of the employees I’ve noticed being able to handle it but this place needs a larger lobby and shouldn’t depend on staff to make due.

My son went to ship my package and the lady who assisted him says YOU DONT HAVE TAPE? when asked to tape my label. Not helpful and this is why I always go to Sun City office. We never have a problem and they are always helpful and patient.

Horrible customer service. I went in with my daughter to send packages to Japan for a military move. Before I could say anything, she shoved a form in my face. I had other packages to send but was not listened to at all. As for my daughter, I repeatedly stated if anything, they would return the package, literally giving my daughter a panic attack. A post office customer service representative perhaps should be reviewed for the ability to perform with customers. Go anywhere but here unless you like being treated like garbage.

Why you guys cannot follow the delivery instructions? Pls, place our package with the right owner. It's so stressful when we find out that we lost our package or you placed it in the wrong mailbox. Please do your job.

Only open from 10AM to 4PM. Ridiculous hours not accessible for people who have to work all day.
