Well Mr. Octavio is a real customer service expert. He helped me get the best plan, phone Apple Watch and discount needed. he broke the pricing with it without insurance and compared different product longevity, as well as price differences overall five star experience. CONSUMER ALERT LIARS RUN THIS STORE! I've been with Verizon for over 30 years and went there to upgrade my phones. They said the new model would be out in 2 months that they would upgrade me to a business line and I'd save about $30 a month. What they didn't tell me is that this would cost me $375! I paid my bill on the 1st like I always do and they sent me a text and email stating I owe $375. I called in to find out what the hell was going on with my account and they disconnected both my phones in the process with 611 after they said they would wave the fees and put a not to reconnect my lines. They also have filed a complaint internally because Jake lied to us. It's Sunday, I've spent 3-1/2 hours on the phone with 611 and they can't help me because Verizon Financial Services is closed today! These people have caused me a loss of 2 business days of lost calls and hours on the phone with 611 all to lead to NO RESOLUTION!!!

Consumer Beware! If I could leave negitive stars I would! Their commercial sales person Jake told me that my account with 2 phones and a tablet that I've had for nearly 30 years that I use for business and personal should be switched to a business account and that I would be saving nearly $30 a month from my current monthly bill. WRONG! He added 2 lines and my bill went up $175 a month! I've had to call into Verizon Wireless Customer Support twice and spent 57 minutes 2 days ago and am currently over an hour again because Jake LIED and not only caused my bill to go up, but I paid my normal bill I received in the mail but because Jake gets paid a commision on every line he sells the added $175 is now past due and my service has been temporarly disconnected! The rep I have on the phone now with Verizion Wireless agreed that Jake lied to me and my wife and is reconnecting my service and giving me a credit so I don't owe Verizion Wireless any more than I was paying before. Bottom line is this bad experience has cost me over 2 hours on the phone and I wouldn't recommend going to these lying crooks! Jake should be FIRED on the spot!

One of the most straight forward Verizon's I've been to, we've been using this location since they opened and we've always received a straight forward answer on any questions or new purchases we've had.

They lied about being able to accept an internet router box. Told us we have to call customer service. Customer service confirmed all stores accept equipment returns. Save your time go elsewhere.

Our recent purchase of a new phone and Apple Watch through Verizon's website came with a trade-in promotion for my existing phone and watch. Despite the website suggesting I could take it to the local Verizon store, they were unable to process it and directed me to call Verizon corporate for a return label. It would have been more convenient if the store offered alternative options to avoid waiting on hold. On the positive side, the store was clean, and the demo phones seemed to be in working order. A mixed experience overall, earning it a 3-star rating.

these losers told me they couldn't unlock my phone when it's obviously locked into their network. This is why I'm leaving Verizon. 3 losers just standing like dunces wouldn't even look at the phone when booting up. When they asked why, i told them i was switching networks and like a bunch of desperate monkeys asked where to? Up your a**!!

Almost quit Verizon after 20 years because of this place. Guy had an attitude and was completely not helpful. Meanwhile I went a mile down the road and got everything I was hoping for out of the other Verizon store. Avoid this one if you can

Update: This response on yelp is all I have heard from Verizon as of 10/11/23. That's escalated? Came here to replace a broken phone for an employee and specifically asked for the least expensive phone I could pay for without making payments since it was a replacement. Nick said I could get a 3rd gen iPhone SE for $35. What he didn't say was it was only $35 today and expect payments for the full price for the next 3 years. My bad for believing what I am told, but even so why is the "bill to account" ZERO??? If I conducted business as slimy as this I would be out of business. I know Verizon does not care about our business or they would of made some kind of effort to make it right. Instead, they only confirmed it just sucks to be me. I am writing this review to help the next customer avoid being deceived by such slimy tactics. If you want to do business with a major corporation that has integrity you will need to go somewhere else.

Used to love verizon was with them for years, now I want nothing to do with them anymore! customer service terrible and to cancel suspend a phone line there are fees!!! they won't mention to you and charge you without permission!! Terrible terrible company now. Getting worse n worse! don't recommend

I went into this store today excited to buy a new phone. Unfortunately the sales rep talked me out of it. I left with nothing. I thought they were in the business of selling phones. Update 8-14-2023 Verizon responded that they would like another chance to make this right. I would like it noted I reached out after this initial event for assistance from another salesperson and still have no phone. No one at Verizon wants to sell me a Google Pixel Fold. They only want to sell Samsung phones and iPhones.
