“We had a great experience and the staff and Doctor were wonderful, especially Martha! We needed a USDA health certification to take our dog to Portugal and we called over a dozen IE vets to find someone able to do within the 10-day parameters. MVAC was accommodating, got us a quick appointment and their fees were reasonable. They followed up with the USDA to ensure they reviewed and sent back to us before our flight. FedEx had a delay and Martha even followed up with them then notified us of the issue and gave us an address to go pick up. She was so instrumental in the success of us bringing our dog to another country. The paperwork was correct at the airport vet in Portugal and also in getting an EU dog passport. So very happy with their help and support!”
