Everytime I order something for curbside pickup nobody brings my order out I been giving so many chances and everytime the same happens, what's the point on offering the service if at the end I been having to go into the store to get the order myself. And NO it's not my app it's not a glitch it's you guys not doing your job in time to deliver a good customer service

Von's staff is so courteous to my husband and I, and I love their fresh vegetable and fruit section. I love this store. They always have what I need anb if not they will tell you when the next shipment will come in or the location of the nearest Von's or Ralph's store to get what you want. Customer service is what Von's is all about. That is why I give them a five star review. Thank you Von's on Sun City Blvd. In Sun City, CA 92586. You go up and above for customers. I love this store. 😉😊🥰

The guys in the deli were rocking it! That's what saved this review.
The lady at checkstand 3 at 4:40 pm on 6/14 needs some retraining! No greeting, no up sell, no total, and only really talked to me to ask if I wanted to make a donation. Maybe if she talked to me before that I would of. Barely acknowledged me when I was proactive about giving her my ID for a alcohol purchase before she even asked and didn't ask me how my day was back. These are customer service basics.
Mind you she was having a conversation with the bagger. Who did actually interact with the customer a bit. So shout out to the bagger! That being said interactions with the customer are basics of good customer service. Check stand 3 name tag was also turned around which isnt to any company policy.
Check stand 3 take some pointers from the deli guys. They have great customer service! Will go back just for them.

Best Vons in the business! Ms. Delaney and her staff are the best! So courteous, kind and helpful to their shoppers! The customer appreciation weekend was also awesome!

i ordered groceries for delivery and it was a MESS. I was missing one item which they charged me for, i was missing a case of water which they charged me for, one bag of tortillas they gave was not properly sealed, and one of the apples they gave me was super wrinkly and weird? Then they gave me like doubles of a couple items for some reason too. And also i submitted the missing item refund request before i noticed that they only gave me two water packs instead of three so now i have to call to get that refunded as well. Very unorganized
