You'll regularly wait 15-30 minutes in line (inside or drive-thru) just to pick up prescriptions. I'm not talking about the wait to fill medications, I'm talking about prescriptions that are ready and you're just in line to get them. I'm changing pharmacies because I've had enough. The wait time has gone up significantly over the years, and now it's just too much.

Impossible pharmacy. Told me they would have my prescription by Thursday. When I went to pick it up, they told me I would have to come back on the following Wednesday.

Emily saved the day! I was having a huge issue at a different location in Menifee who messed up my coupon. We’re trying to charge me double the price for my prescription without it. She worked very hard with the manufacturer as well as her internal Walgreens corporate to fix it and I was able to pick up my medicine in a timely manner at the original price I was quoted. Not sure who is in charge of promotions here, but she is definitely Manager material!

Waited 40 minutes for 2 cars in drive thru pharmacy. I would give 0 stars. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been too. This isn’t the first time at this same location. I ended up leaving. I could not wait. Next time you go bring lots of gas and sun screen. You will be waiting

Went to the pharmacy today and Alyssa really helped me out she went above and beyond for me. So I just want to say thank you to Alyssa. The prescription pick up was as fast as it can be. The pharmacy is busy so just be patient I think people forget how too.

My pregnant wife, who is sick, went in this morning to try to find some medicine to help with her cold. Without knowing what she can take she attempted to ask the pharmacy for assistance. The person at the pharmacy was very rude to her and scribbled some medicines down on a sticky note and handed it to her. My wife grabbed what was on the sticky then called our doctor to confirm it was safe and they were shocked to hear the pharmacy told her to take that because it has alcohol in it. She called our doctor because she refused to ask the person at the pharmacy for anymore help. My wife almost took it but listened to her gut feeling and double checked with someone who wasn't rude and far more helpful. Basically my pregnant wife almost took something that could harm our baby because the pharmacy was either to busy to communicate properly or just flat out didn't care.

The wait at the pharmacy window is insane. I had to wait 20 minutes just to buy pseudoephedrine.
There were 3 clerks plus the pharmacist behind the counter watching me stand there waiting.

Brendon was the nicest most helpful person in the Walgreens along with his friend who was willing to help while going on her break. Both of them were great even while I had the most obnoxious problems.
