When I brought in my MacBook Pro after accidentally spilling coffee on the keyboard, the initial estimate included a battery replacement. After opening up the laptop and thoroughly cleaning it, the team informed me that the battery did not need to be replaced after all.
What really impressed me was their honesty. I was already prepared to pay for the battery since it was listed in the original estimate. They could have easily said it was replaced and charged me for it, and I would not have known the difference. Instead, they removed the charge and were completely transparent about the actual work needed. That kind of integrity and professionalism truly speaks volumes about their service.

Elizabeth of WOW Cell Phone service was so helpful for me today.
She got my wife's cell phone working again. She was very nice and patient with me.
They also installed a new battey in my Android MOTO Z4 recently that I didn't think was possible.
WOW Cell Phone Service is awesome and the place to go!

Elizabeth at WOW Wireless in Menifee is amazing. I brought in my iPhone and she diagnosed the problem and repaired it under 15 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and upbeat/positive. I enjoyed talking to her about the fix and other tips she provided about my phone. Pricing was more than reasonable. Will return here for future issues I have. A repair store I can trust. They fixed my cracked screen twice now and this time my unresponsive touch screen. Other places were trying to charge me $400. They fixed it for under half of that. Reliable and super friendly service.
