He is extremely knowledge regarding all the flooring and will quickly pull out the best ones to match your needs; this saves tons of time from weeding through all the samples. He is always positive and patient and will answer all your questions and always responds quickly to calls and emails. I am particular and need to spend time exploring all the possibilities, so having a salesperson like John is a treasure. Also; the store is excellent and has a very large variety of flooring to choose from in addition to carpets; such as vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.”
