Had a great experience with Aaron. He was super fast in getting our prescription ready and checked out. Was able to handle multiple customers at the same time without keeping them waiting. Great job!

The pharmacy department knows it has a glitch, where they accept appointments for 1:45 everyday and they know they take lunch until 2pm but they don't actually start giving out vaccines until 2:05, so they make unsuspecting customers wait 20 minutes intentionally every day. This shows a total lack of respect. Also they are rude. They seem gleeful to make about 20 people wait for them to open. This was on a Saturday.

Patricia is the rudest employee I have ever met. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help and she gave me attitude when I asked for help. This is the most atrocious customer service I have ever encountered.

if I could give less than 1 star I would. The rudest and most inept pharmacy staff in my life. about every other month something goes wrong. it's always their screw up and the go out of their way to make things difficult. I will be driving 7 extra miles to get my prescriptions at Costco from now on.

After traveling to three other stores, Walgreens/UPS, looking for a simple passport photo, this CVS was not only very nice, but very efficient for which we were grateful! Thank you Norman for solving our issue.

COVID Drive-Thru test? Go Elsewhere. Inexperienced staff, poor instructions, put the WRONG LABEL. I got informed next day that I have to retake my test because they messed up. I needed the results urgently. DON'T GO HERE.

Handed in my card to get the info updated. Lady kept it. I remembered and called them back to retrieve the card. Their answer was "sorry, don't see it, call your insurance provider to send out a new card." They cause the inconvenience and won't even take accountability to resolve it.

My friend and I have been looking for a skincare item that has been out of stock at all drug stores for the past week. We came to the Sharon park cvs location three times and every time we were told that the product was in the back but not on shelves yet and that we should come back the following day. On the fourth day, Gabriel Gonsavles was the first employee to make an effort to help us look for the product while maintaining a very kind and welcoming demeanor and still helping other customers in the self check out line. He spent over 15 minutes double tasking and trying to help us. Although we did not end up finding the product we much appreciated his kind genuine efforts. This man deserves a raise! - Carmen and Kaillah :)

Visited this store last week for a COVID test. The drive-through pharmacist was friendly, helpful and efficient. The experience went very quickly and was must less stressful than other COVID test sites.

The Pharmacists there are very competent and efficient but one person in particular ( Asian male) has the strangest habit of announcing in very loud voices what medication every customer is picking up. He does it every time I'm there to pick up medication or to shop. He has a very loud voice so it's hard not to hear him if I'm in the nearby aisles. Sometimes he even adds colorful comments here and there about the content of the medication. He appears to have no empathy for the patients and likes to make fun of their misery. I'm sure no one wants to take medication if our body can help it but sometimes humans get ill and rely on medication. He IS a pharmacist after all and should understand the basic principle after all of being a pharmacist. Didn't he learn from the pharmacist school that patients medication list is a privacy matter and he can't just announce it for everyone to hear? All other pharmacists there are pleasant and helpful and answer questions.

I was looking for a compound medication because my original pharmacy couldn't get it to me for various reasons and I can't say enough about how great the customer service was here. I called the previous night to make sure they could fill my medication and they gave me clear instructions on how to make sure my doctor (not my original pharmacy) sends my RX in since it's a controlled substance. I called this morning to make sure they received the RX and they told me the drug is also ready for pick up too as they made it last night when I called. I was worried I wouldn't get it in time so this was a huge relief!Once I arrived, Danny (the pharmacist) went above and beyond to answer my questions, educate me on the best way / time to inject and store my medication, and when I told him my injections hurt he gave me needles that are actually better for my medication (I had other needles at home from my original pharmacy which I now realize is not optimal for my drug). I'd highly recommend working with CVS and Danny if you get the opportunity to!

The worst pharmacy ever! 3/24/22 @ 4:50pm, I took two eldery ladies to get drive through PCR covid test to this Sharon Park CVS pharmacy. We waited 30 mins even though we had an appointment. Finally, we saw a lady at the window, she took so long to search our appointment information on the computer. She gave us the kit after 10 mins waiting. As soon as she gave me the kit, she kept saying, " can you start to get the sample now? people behind you are waiting! " We haven't opened the swab yet, and they are eldery ladies! And, she is the one who took so long to give us the kit. She can't hurry us like that. Never go to this pharmacy again. Zero stars.

Great experience very helpful staff our Hawaii trip just saved by drive thru covid test which was super fast I highly recommend cvs I will be to changing my pharmacy to cvs ASAP thanks cvs

I love our CVS. They are super busy but we usually go around 7pm. They are always patient and helpful with the various customers and questions. They have suggestions for OTC and help with Insurance.
