This has to be the worst FedEx center. The drivers do not communicate. We had a construction sample that needed to be delivered that never made it.
We called 3 times to coordinate. Whoever is managing this site is doing such a terrible job and a disservice to its clients.
We have not even had one issue with UPS, Amazon deliveries.

Has possible the last pickup on the peninsula at 4:45pm and easy to get to off 101 at Marsh Rd with its own parking right there very fast and easy and staff always on hand to provide receipts. Has saved my ability to get overnight shipments out on many an occasion.

If you can avoid using FedEx absolutely do it. What a nightmare this place and its employees are. I was out of town and needed my girlfriend to pick up a package as it was only going to be held for 5 days. We have a new lease agreement with the address on the document which I triple-checked was enough proof of ID needed (along with pick-up QR code) to pick up the package as a designated person. The employees apparently not only denied her multiple times but began getting agitated and maybe even verbally aggressive towards her. We tried to provide so many ways of proof of ID but all were rejected without even a modicum of empathy. Absolutely trash company and culture.

I had a package that required a signature. They tried to deliver Friday morning when I was at work and left a slip on the door with the delivery info. Since the package required a signature, I paid to schedule the delivery for Wednesday afternoon when I knew I would be home from work in time on Friday evening. I received confirmation that the package would be delivered Wednesday afternoon. I then receive a notification on Monday AND Wednesday that they attempted to deliver the package outside of the time window that I paid for. The time they allege they attempted to deliver was at 8AM when I was still home. There was no knock and no slip left on the door so I doubt there was actually a delivery attempt. Have tried contacting FedEx to at the very least get a refund for the service I paid for that they didn't provide, and have had no luck dealing with the automated customer service line. Terrible customer service, do not waste your money on a service that they don't even provide and lie about.
