I attempted to return a heavy package (18x18x18 inches) at this location today. When the automatic door failed to open, the box slipped from my hands and hit the ground, resulting in slight exterior damage. Rather than offering any assistance, the clerk immediately approached me in an aggressive manner, raising his voice and lecturing me that the package could no longer be accepted.
To make matters worse, instead of helping resolve the issue, he charged me $38 to rewrap the box. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy, empathy, or professionalism. This is not the level of service I expect from FedEx.

I went there today and waited for 20 minutes just for shipping a single page non-business document to China. And they told me I need to write an invoice and later told me to file EEI. I did this for multiple times so I told them it’s less than $2500 and don’t need to file EEI. They just refused to ship it and handed me a business card to call for EEI(and the business card is useless as you cannot open the webpage link). They clearly don’t know the requirements. They just look professional but hmm…. I went to another print and shipping store in San Mateo and got my document shipped as usual. Avoid this store!!Edit: the old & big guy in the store performed very slow when it was my turn and just refused to scan the bar code on my phone said the bar code on the phone will not work. I felt they just don’t want to do it because I prepared the shipping label online and there are some discount. So they don’t want to accept my package.
