I went there today and waited for 20 minutes just for shipping a single page non-business document to China. And they told me I need to write an invoice and later told me to file EEI. I did this for multiple times so I told them it’s less than $2500 and don’t need to file EEI. They just refused to ship it and handed me a business card to call for EEI(and the business card is useless as you cannot open the webpage link). They clearly don’t know the requirements. They just look professional but hmm…. I went to another print and shipping store in San Mateo and got my document shipped as usual. Avoid this store!!Edit: the old & big guy in the store performed very slow when it was my turn and just refused to scan the bar code on my phone said the bar code on the phone will not work. I felt they just don’t want to do it because I prepared the shipping label online and there are some discount. So they don’t want to accept my package.

The website for Passport renewal requires payment but nowhere on that page does it say that you aren't actually paying for the passport and are in fact paying for "rush shipping." In reality a standard no rush takes 8-11 weeks according to the California Passport offices while FedEx rush shipping takes 7-9 weeks, meaning you could get it faster without paying nearly $300 for a "rush order." When you find out that you weren't paying for the passport and ask to cancel your rush order purchase there isn't an option online and nobody in store can help.Bad website design and poor user experience digitally. I also called ahead to see if I could do everything I needed there and what I would need. I was told the only thing I needed was a my old passport. However I needed a checkbook, a computer to fill out the forms with (couldn't use the fedex work stations despite it being their forms), and a printer to print the label with which they couldn't do at the the store either.At the end of the day I could've done more research to save myself time and money but it also felt like fedex was making things more confusing on purpose. Thankfully I won't have to deal with this again for another decade

Chelsea helped me send off about 24 packages of thank you goodies to the kid players of our Kids Food Fight healthy food game and their parents. She helped identify several zip codes that were off or the digits were switched. Together we put our Santa hats on, and checked my list twice! She helped make sure that every kid was set to receive their packages properly and quickly. Lala and her team worked together to properly size our 20 KFF ID cards so that they would fit into a wallet after being laminated and cut. She ensured that the correct front and back of each card was matched up. The cards turned out awesome and our kids loved them!!Alejandro helped us adjust the size of our KFF game board so it could be printed properly on any 8.5"x 11" printer. Then, he helped size and split the game board in half, so it again could be easily printed and displayed larger. He went further to help adjust the game player piece sizes so they would fit and look great on the game board. The end result is an awesome game board and pieces that look great printed out and posted up in our players kitchens. Alejandro and the whole team here rocks!

I used to get good service but they get so busy and under staff it’s getting inconvenient service. Last time they left me alone twice with a machine that would not want to work. Very frustrating to not be left with a printer out of service and have to wait twice in line.

I had them pack an expensive cordless electric drill, charger and batteries to send to my sister and the package never even left California- the package is lost. They scammed me, I am 100% confident someone who works there stole my items. Ridiculous and disappointing. It was a gift to my sister. Now I have to file a claim and they wasted my time. Very unhappy. Don't bring packages here. They can't be trusted.

I used to come here all the time for work stuff and the staff was so kind and friendly and knew me by name. They were always really helpful and would often go the extra mile. I only gave four stars because sometimes you have to wait a long time in line.

Treated like a child and over charged!!I ordered Simple prints to be picked up the night before and when I got to this location it wasn't done. They did nothing but give me an excuse telling me they didn't know if it was b&w or color, but everything could have been cleared up with sending me a simple email. But I received nothing stating that they pushed the order or needed more information. And that was completely irresponsible because if I wanted b&w I would have said so in the email. And instead of sending me an email asking for further instructions they put off my print to be done at 4 pm when in my email I specified I would be there that morning.Anyways. Alejandro the man responsible for this mix up did nothing to help or explain he simply ignored me as if I was bothering him.NEVER directly speaking to me. When I talked to the assistant manager about it immediately she brushed me off as if I was just some ignorant poor woman of color who needed to leave. She had this blank look on her face as she was politely talking down to me treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I am new to Palo Alto/ Menlo Park area and it can be hard to find places I'm comfortable at in a wealthier, white area so being treated like this I was reminded that I'm not always welcome here. I will never go to this store again.I hated that my experience here left me feeling bad, I felt as if i did something wrong by simply asking for prints. I never want to feel that way again. And to top everything of I was overcharged for the prints.This store does not excel FEDEX famous purple promise.THE ONLY upside to this whole thing was the other woman employee taller, dark hair who greeted me that morning and was extremely polite to me and all the other customers I regret that I didn't get her name but she does deserve credit.
