We managed to work our way through repairs and recovery with a great deal of help from Steve Fiorentino and his great support team of Gina and Liz, all of whom were unfailingly warm, friendly and helpful whenever called upon. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for insurance in Silicon Valley to start (and end) their search with Steve and his team. “I have had a Rental Dwelling policy on my Rental home for over 20 years. Last year my premium increased by 17% - within reason. This year (2025) my premium increased 45% - Unreasonable. I called St Farm and complained about the sudden jump. I ended up working with Laurie at St Farm. She took the time to go thru each possible Premium Reduction trying to find some savings for me. She asked about the Security Alarm - whether it was monitored by a Security Co. It took a few phone calls but once that was confirmed Laurie reduced by annual premium by slightly over $100. Not a huge reduction but still welcomed.”
