At first, I tried out one policy with them and over the years, I've added more and more and now, I think almost all my insurances are with him and his Team. The reason is their service. It's absolutely excellent. They educate me, answer my endless uninformed questions, even when i've asked soemthing before. When I sign a policy, I'm confident I'm getting what I need. “I have had a Rental Dwelling policy on my Rental home for over 20 years. Last year my premium increased by 17% - within reason. This year (2025) my premium increased 45% - Unreasonable. I called St Farm and complained about the sudden jump. I ended up working with Laurie at St Farm. She took the time to go thru each possible Premium Reduction trying to find some savings for me. She asked about the Security Alarm - whether it was monitored by a Security Co. It took a few phone calls but once that was confirmed Laurie reduced by annual premium by slightly over $100. Not a huge reduction but still welcomed.”

It was his experience/expertise which gave me excellent direction/guidance regarding myself/vehicle status. I am now at peace with myself/the states of Texas and California; I owe this great feeling solely to RUDY. I highly recommend State Farm for all of your (critical)/essential insurance needs, especially if you are able to consult with RUDY. He/State Farm definitely have my coveted “iWheel of Approval!””
