Mark is a phenomenal realtor, he was able to end our 3 year home buying journey with a very short close.When we needed it him and our loan broker would give us the right nudge, when we needed support they would fight for us and gave us sage advice.He is communicative, humble, willing to listen to what you need and most importantly on your side.We had doubts at times before meeting him whether we would be able to own a home in this tough market. He was able to break through it and get us there.We are now homeowners in a really beautiful house.

As first time homebuyers, the amount of info out there can be overwhelming. Mark broke all the info down into easily digestible portions and answered every question we threw his way. He helped us focus on what was important while navigating the intense Bay Area housing market. Mark was in constant communication and made us a priority during our housing search. He was available to take us on house tours very quickly, even touring places when we weren't able, and always kept us updated when new info was available. His previous experience working in construction was extremely helpful as we were vetting places to put offers on - in this sellers market, offers often have to be placed quickly without an inspection contingency to be competitive, and his expertise reassured us that we weren’t missing anything when putting in an offer. Mark continued helping us after our offer was accepted, checking to make sure we met escrow deadlines, scheduling inspections, and working to schedule walk throughs. We had an amazing time working with Mark and would highly recommend him!

As a first time home buyer, the most important thing for me was someone who can explain the process in easy to understand language with all the factors to consider. Mark really helped me understand each and every detail very well. Also, I am very thankful to Mark for being very honest and transparent with all the things we discussed. Mark provides the highest standard of service that you could wish for in a real estate agent. We worked with him for buying a property in the Portola Valley. He is very knowledgable in the neighbourhood and helped us to get the comparable homes to write an offer. He dint forced us to write a over bid offer and wanted us to be comfortable for the offer we offered and at the same time provided feedback on the offer price. In our case its a touch seller. He even constantly followed up with the seller Agent regrading the offer acceptance and terms. He continued to ensure that all of the closing steps fell neatly into place.We highly recommend working with Mark for your home selling to buying needs!!

Mark helped me secure my first home in a smooth and professional manner. He took the time to get to know me, what was important to me in purchasing the right home, and his integrity is beyond what I expected in a realtor. He went above and beyond to help me with securing estimates for the work I wanted done in the home as well and kept in close contact with me through the entire process. I could not have remained on top of all these things without his help and knowledge of the trades business. I have recommended him to colleagues and friends as he is willing to put the effort in and also throw in some corny jokes to keep you smiling through the process. Just a stand up guy overall and a great realtor and resource!
