They came on time, for a multi-stop move, and kept in excellent touch throughout the move, which involved 3 cities. The owner, Anthony, is a jewel: efficient, careful, thorough, accommodating, and a wonderful exemplar of customer service.
One of the employees in the office was rude to me. I reported it, and Anthony had him apologize personally and indicated that he would provide more training in customer service. This level of responsiveness was very impressive.
