this place customer service is horrible it says 24 hours every time I've came at 9:30 and up it says on break back at 12 and the person is inside and refuses to help.

Royal gas one block down the road is $.40 cheaper per gallon. Ten cents here or there is one thing, but that is outrageous!

Kudos to the young lady who was working the evening of Friday 8/23/2t4 at approximately 7:30 pm. My car threw out a message that I needed to immediately shut down my engine since my oil pressure was low. I hunted for the nearest station that also sold oil (so many dont any more), Google sent me to this Shell station. I bought the oil but could not get the cap off to put the oil in. The wonderful casher came out and assisted me. She had difficulty herself and we almost gave up completely, but she got it finally. As a disabled grandma with small grandkids in the Car the thought of having to leave my car and uber back to Fremont then come back in the morning when their garage was open was distressing to say the least. i want to let her know that she was my Angel that day and I want to let her boss(es) know that they have a great representive for their business. Thank you !!!!

I wanted to pay at the pump with my card and then I got a notification that they were trying to buy $75 when that wasn't the case. I went inside to pay in cash and told the cashier on duty, a man made the comment that that was happening and that my The bank had already blocked my card and I told him that maybe the bubbles were hacked and he told me that it wasn't there and what a problem with my card, so I told him that I have had experiences in other places with similar problems and he says that here it doesn't happen we have cameras and also outside it is not our responsibility it is your decision to pay with the card I consider that this is a scam of the hacked systems but this person wanted to make me understand that they do not care about these types of problems BEWARE use this place

HE CHARGED ME 11 DOLLARS FOR A LIGHTER AND A DRINK i asked for a receipt he took too long to give me one as he was typing it up knowing that he overcharged me told him about it he said that's how' the prices are. last time i'm coming here

The nozzle of the gas pump malfunctioned and sprayed my husband with gasoline. When he went inside to report it the woman working there did not care about fixing it and offered no concern. Avoid at all costs since this is definitely a hazard and could seriously injure someone

This station isn't usually too crowded. I can normally pull straight to a pump and fill my tank. Prices can be a little high but for the area, it is on par with the rest of the gas stations.

I'm rating one star because they scammed me for 10$ gas I put 10$ in my Honda Civic to get back home where gas is cheaper to fully fill it up, I put 10$ and I started my car and it said no fuel, I spoke to Christina and they said something is wrong with my car, and the two Hispanic women continue to talk in Spanish and told me something is wrong with my, I filled up my gas once I got to my city and my has nothing to do with it. Please be careful they're scamming

This is just about trying to get gas. Their displays are incredibly unreadable and when you barely make out what it is saying, the credit/debit card reader is very unreliable. I tried two gas pumps and it took me almost 10 minutes of screwing around to get gas.
