Amazing and seamless experience in what was bound for failure. I had a very sensitive couple of packages to be sent to me, however it was delayed a day or two (by the shipper, not UPS) and I had to go out of town. So unless I arranged for something, my sensitive packages would be sitting outside my door for over a week.
I switched the package to a UPS store delivery for a fee, hoping they could hold the sensitive packages.
Unfortunately, UPS only holds them for a few of days before, sending it back to the shipper.
Anthony at the UPS store looked at my packages and arrange for them to be held for an extra five days. He had to go outside the system to do this, but in the end I was able to pick up the packages safe and sound.
Anthony even recognized my name during the pick up as he was the one who held the packages for me originally, and I got to thank him in person for delivering my sensitive packages, safe and sound. I should mention that he was a super friendly guy, not only to me, but to all the customers in front of me while I was waiting in line. He did small favors of them, helping them label and pack things, when he didn’t have to, and didn’t sweat the small stuff. A lot of shipping places don’t have this level of personalized service and are strict about the rules to the point that it negatively affects customer service.
I would recommend this UPS store and Anthony to anyone with sensitive packages, and will be using the store and requesting him for my packing and shipping needs.

This exact store location & company is the absolute worst!!!! I have had a nightmare of an experience with this company. First they tell me the address is incorrect because my apt number is “missing”. Okay cool i wait on hold for over 2 hours just to change the address to add my correct apt number and confirmed the address had been updated & changed and it will be delivered next day. Same exact thing happens next day because they did not update the apt number correctly, yet again. so now they supposedly can’t find my address that was literally confirmed by UPS customer service AND UPS store. now i’m unable to even change the address again nor have it held it at the store because they only allow one address change. funny how that works(NOT).. My package is now being returned to the company i bought it from which all because they did not do their job correctly TWICE. this is Absolutely ridiculous why is it so hard to simply correct an apartment number???? now i have to wait nearly 2 weeks for the item to be returned AND THEN WAIT ANOTHER 14 BUSINESS days just to receive my refund. i honestly will never order or send another package with this company ever again. for this to be a multi billion dollar company with mom & pop technologies & policies is truly disheartening. Also the staff at this particular location are very “catty”. & Don’t even get me started on calling customer service. it’s the same incompetent person each time so it’s basically like talking to a wall! I’m super disappointed as the item was a a gift for my nieces birthday party all because this multi billon dollar company has 1902 polices about updating your address. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. steer clear

Awesome service from Jason - very friendly and efficient with the whole line. Will definitely come back to this location specifically. I came in to get a doc notarized and shipped. He got both done efficiently and gave me all the options for my shipment so I could choose what worked best for me

It my nearest service of this kind. The Personel are unfriendly do not even return your greeting and have a miserable attitude.Whole I understand that their work assignments are not particularly exiting and the et see stuck in a room without windows all day. Please try to greet your customers and if you could squeeze out a smile that would be most charming. Thank you though for your services

Store has yet to be opened ontime on 5/22 very frustrating it’s 850 am and store claims to be open at 830 waste of a trip to return such a heavy package

I came to pick up some packages that were delivered. I told the employee that I had a few packages and they said they were only two and I believe them. However, once I got home, I realized they were actually three. So I had to make another trip. Also I understand everyone has a bad day but the employee that was helping me was not pleasant to work with, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them.

I really don't like to give negative reviews but this place really deserves this so that others don't make the same mistake. The lady did not take my 3 unopened Amazon packages this morning because they needed to be taped. She was simply trying to sell me a tape. I kind of agree with her one of them would be better off if taped again but 2 others needed nothing as they are not opened at all. I took the same packages to another store and didn't have any issues. Never thought I would write a negative review for a UPS store.
Also, the police were waiting in the store this morning for security. I understood why after my experience lol. I am sure I am not the only one getting mad at the service they do NOT provide.
