Today august 25th at around 3:00pm. Spoke with a worker and very rude didnt want to help, the manager was more rude than her when asking about his name he said his ñame is none of your business.

Have had good experiences with this place before. Yesterday however, the man at the desk said that my preprinted label was good for the postage but the box needed to be sealed with tape that he could sell me a roll for about $10. I went to a nearby shop and they had the kindness to seal the box with the tape most people in a shop/home have. UPS in NY always put a strip of tape as a courtesy.

Andretti was the most helpful, real dude here! He helped set up a box for me, did everything to help me save money in the long run, and is just a very personable person! I WILL be coming back often and hope to be helped by Andretti every time!

Well, no tape that you can borrow. Even just one short line of tape… i had to buy a whole tape with $9 for a free return.

I had a frustrating experience returning a package at this location. After spending over an hour, the package couldn’t be scanned properly, and I had to go to a different spot to complete the return. I hope this issue gets resolved for a smoother process in the future

I recently had to ship 10+ large boxes to NY and the team at The UPS Store in Menlo Park couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. All of the boxes arrived intact on the expected day. Perfect.

My recent visit to this UPS location was met with frustration and disappointment. Despite having a prepaid label for my shipment, I was surprised to find myself being charged for services that are typically provided at no extra cost Fedex where I usually do shippments. To begin with, I was charged $12 for a box, a cost that is usually waived at other shipping centers like FedEx.The surprises didn't end there. I was also charged $3.85 for using the computer for just 1-15 minutes, and then hit with an additional charge for printing the label. What's more, I was charged $3.29 for basic packing materials, despite having already paid for the box. To make matters worse, I was then charged an extra $2.19 for basic packing services, which felt like an unnecessary expense.Comparing this experience to my interactions with FedEx and other shipping providers, where using the computer and printing the label are typically free of charge, the discrepancy is evident. FedEx and other reputable services don't invent charges for basic services like these. Instead, they prioritize customer satisfaction by providing transparent pricing and excellent service.In summary, my experience at this UPS location was characterized by unexpected charges and a lack of transparency. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business to FedEx, where I can trust that I won't be hit with surprise fees at every turn.

Limited parking, they don’t check or tape for Amazon returns. End up buying a tape to do a return or ask you to leave. Really unpleasant experience
