Could you please explain why there’s currently only one staff member assisting customers at the post office? The line has grown to about 15 people, and it’s been this way for quite some time. Are there any plans to return to having two staff members at the counter to help with the demand?

I Love this USPS branch. Can't say enough good about them. They provide expedient kind and helpful service to Mom and Yours Truly- (that's "me" for you millennial whippersnappers who don't know any Before Turn of the Century English ;-)). Been going here for atonna years, they never fail to satisfy.

Super calm in the AM but quite busy in the afternoon especially before closing. It's pretty small so a line goes through the door when busy. This is my go to post office.

They are very efficient, probably understaffed like most post offices. This is a small office with hardworking people working there. They keep the line moving by limiting small talk. Great location, and parking is convenient.

This is a feedback about this man working at the counter at 10am today. He complained how messy the surface of our parcel was and how writing the name of the receiver below the address was going to be a major disaster for the post office operations. Our written address was big and clear (about 1inch height in writing, and it says Deliver To:). The only thing was, the receivers name was written in the next paragraph after the address. When I tried to accommodate and remedy that by first taking our parcel back from his hand, he refused to let go and played tug of war! My husband and I were very shocked by this man's action and honestly, he must be very disturbed to not have things his way, to grab our parcel the way he did. We paid for the shipping, it was not a free return to sender. We are also local to the area and we go to this very post office about once every 2 to 3 months, have always enjoyed the conversation and the nice people working there. Maybe there should be a tipping jar, tip of they are good, no tips when they are not. Perhaps it would solve the service issues.

Most of the employees are fantastic. There's one crotchety guy, but no one is slow or lazy (and boy have I had postal clerks who were!). Definitely would recommend.
