No label printing, told me to go to UPS. No paper box fitting my item. Business hours are short, and the receptionist does not sound helpful. Will go to another branch next time.

They need more employees and everything is always in disarray. Line was out the dirt and about 15+ minutes in line. Was told I could use the self service kiosk outside. Left the line to use the kiosk and was told by a different employee at the kiosk that my package wouldn’t work. Line was still out the door. Ended up leaving and will use a different post office.

One star is too many for the experience that I had today! Up to now I was ok for long lines, some unfriendly team members because location is close to our business. Today my experience was totally different. The associate who hided most of her name was very rude to the customer ahead of me! I knew her name Alicia because I go to post office often! Poor lady quietly done her business & left. I felt bad for her she was treated badly. I was on the phone on a business call with my client & as I walked to the front Alicia told me that I CAN NOT speak on the phone while I am at Post Office. I have been on my phone before waiting in lines there before! I asked her I do not see a sign indicating that I can not be on the phone, she said she is going to just write it and put it up there! I told her for now there is no sign, she harshly took my mails and start scanning, as she was typing the address she rudely told me, you, speaking that language is disturbing our customers!!!!!! I was shocked me “speaking that language” I said excuse me! then she said I get disturbed listing to that language! I was shocked by her racist comments & behavior! She continued and I just ignored her and continued my business call!! Towards the end as she was giving me my receipt I told her that I will make sure to write about my experience!!!! She said who cares!!! I don’t like racism & I did not appreciate to be loudly in front of other customers being told that I can not speak on the phone just because I was speaking in other language than English. I can not believe Post Office allowing associates like her to represent them, there should be no tolerance for racism in any work place specially towards customers! She should be trained on how to respect customers! Very disappointed. She was adding charges on my mails I was so angry that I just let it be! I wanted tracking so I requested for certified but she added priority and charged me for both priority & certified! I am so disappointed! I knew if I start conversation about fees with her she will be even worse like how she reacted with previous customer so I just got my receipt & left to keep my calmness. Alicia should be send for training about work place behavior racism and belittling customers should not be allowed.

I visited the store to ship some items and found the parking to be easily accessible. I want to give a shout-out to Leah, who assisted me with the process. She was very helpful and efficient, which allowed me to get in and out quickly. As a customer, I appreciate when postal workers are knowledgeable and skilled at their job. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this store to others.

What amazing service! Art went above and beyond with helping me. I haven't been to the post office in a loooong time and had no clue how to mail this package. Art was happy to help and he made it all so easy. Thank you Art! You are the best!

I've always had a good experience at this post office. Staff are helpful and efficient. This post office is at least as good as any other I've been to, and I've moved around quite a bit, so I've had a lot to compare to! There's often a line, but they keep it moving -- I think waiting in line is just part of the post office experience in the U.S. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews; maybe people's expectations are too high.

There is an older gentleman that worked there today, who I have also seen work at the Menlo Park branch near Marsh Road, who is consistently rude and short. Before Covid, it was hard to understand him because he spoke so softly, but with the barriers and masks, its much harder. I understand that it is a tough job working at a post office especially when times people come in with entitled attitudes. Still, there needs to be a higher level of consideration put into how they treat and speak to customers. Menlo Park branch, you need to talk to your guy.
