I ordered an item from EBay and it was designated for this store. The item was marked as “delivered” but was not dropped off. After reporting this to Menlo Park Police Department and reporting the package as missing I received a call from their Manger “ Chris” that he had the package. And he was hiding it in the back to steal for himself.

This office has terrible management. I wish I was able to talk to their manager. Most of the time, there is only one person helping a long line of customers and the people on the back don't even bother to worry about the long line.

I came here to make a return. I didn’t realize there was no self service station, but I was immediately helped by Craig. They always answer all my questions!

It’s okay. I like the ones that have the self service station as it’s much easier and this one does not have one. Still able to do what you need but be prepared to wait and stand in line for a good period of time.

I am a realtor that sends out 4000 postcards at a time at $1 each, This is the THIRD time I have sent out 4000 postcards and NO one has received them in Menlo Prk 94025 zip cide.. Not only is this a federal offense, I spend $12k with no return in investment for EDDM Postcards, not OK.

I wasted my time here, they don’t offer self service kiosk
