I asked if they had something in stock. They said yes, then when I got my prescription sent, they said no. I asked to transfer my prescription twice. They said it would take maybe an hour. The other pharmacy said they never called back.

Chronically short staffed and slow, leading to excruciatingly regular hour+ waits at pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is often snarky, rude, or ignore customers unless specifically called but honestly I don't blame them with the situation they're clearly put in by management. Avoid at all costs if able.

Easy to reach, right in front of the parking lot. Attendants vary a lot, but are usually very friendly.
Not a huge store, but we always find everything needed.

I wish I could give this pharmacy a zero-star rating. The service is not only rude, but the wait times are excessively long. They also hold medications and require your doctor's office to call them before they will take any action. I had my doctor transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, but Walgreens claimed they were unable to transfer it or do anything about it.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely unacceptable. I called twice to check on my medication, and both times the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I can’t understand why they would behave this way—it’s incredibly rude and unprofessional.
As someone who works in customer service, I am genuinely shocked by this behavior. A pharmacy is a place where people often go during difficult times to get the medications they need, and the staff, especially the pharmacist, should be much more compassionate and respectful. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable.

I was surprised to see how low the rating is for here. I’ve never had to come here for anything medical or pharmaceutical- so i can’t speak on that. The staff is usually very nice and patient- but there’s this one lady who always gets mad if you stay in the store too long without buying anything. She always acts so suspicious of the middle schoolers hanging out but i guess it’s understandable. She yelled at my friend for no reason but wtv. The lady today was nice and very polite! A convenient store if you just need to pick something up idk

Always a 20+ minute line with only 1 person working the counter. Its been months like this without a solution. Go somewhere else.

This pharmacy is my version of hell. I've spent hours on the phone with them trying to transfer prescriptions. I've gone without medication for days because they couldn't transfer a prescription properly. They've overcharged me multiple times because they used a coupon instead of my insurance to process a prescription. No matter the time of day, only 2 people are working and the line is 4-6 people deep. Do everything you can to avoid this place!

This lady who says her name is Teresa, is super rude and impatient. Called at 4pm on Saturday Jan 6th. Kept interrupting me, didn’t care to listen to my questions and started yelling at me on the phone. When I thanked her at the end of the call she just hung up without saying anything. Worst Walgreens ever. Been going here for three years but switching to cvs from now on. Walgreens needs better staff.

I needed to get medication from the pharmacy. Unfortunately they were closed, I went to try to start my car, and it did not start.. I ended up having to leave it in the Walgreens parking lot. I called Walgreens and I got this really nice assistant Manager named " Johnathan".. he made sure to put a note on my Car, so it would not get Towed until I pick it up tomorrow.. his customer service skills were incredible.. I would highly recommend this store!!

I wish I could give zero stars to this Walgreens pharmacy. It's the worst place to pick up your medicine. They tell you to wait thirty minutes but it takes an hour, even if the medication was ordered five days ago. Why do they even have the pharmacy, close it and just have the store. It's the same thing every time. Wait in line, wait for another hour and wait for days.
