Friendly Hills Mobile Estates is a very nice, clean, and well-managed place to live, described as a great home with amazing views. It is a large park that does not feel tight or grimy. Management is respectful, reasonable, and supportive in handling situations, making residents feel safe. The park is tough on rules regarding maintenance, which is seen as common sense and helps keep the area clean. It is considered an excellent place for both short-term and long-term residence. However, as in any neighborhood, there can be troublesome neighbors to be wary of.

This place has been my home for over 26 years, very nice place to live, couldn't ask for a better place for short term or long term residence!

Have lived here 3 1/2 years, and love it! Safe and Clean. Jim and Karen in the office are awesome!
