We love our home and location.
The management in the park is respectful and reasonable. As in every neighborhood though, there are some troublesome neighbors to be weary of. Our precious dog of 10 years (also emotional support dog) needed to be re-homed to a safer place because we had neighbors across from us threatening to kill him and leave his body in our driveway for us to find because he would sometimes get out. He was a Labrador/cocker spaniel mix (so a tiny lab). Very loving and friendly.
It broke our hearts and our kids hearts, and it was during Christmas when this happened. He snuck out as we were bringing our tree in.
The park handled the situation very well though and told the people to leave us and our family alone in the future, threatening to take action against them if they harassed us anymore. They made us feel safe and supported and we appreciate them for that.

This place has been my home for over 26 years, very nice place to live, couldn't ask for a better place for short term or long term residence!

Nice and clean. Well managed. Great place to live. Of course they are tough on the rules but that’s what keeps it so clean. No one should have to tell you to cut your grass, pull your weeds, or clean the clutter from around your home. It’s all common sense living!

Lovely place to live. Clean, safe, and standards for this park are set high, and that's a good thing! Staff is easy to work with, and they work hard at keeping things in good shape around here. Relatively quiet, and peaceful. Nice place to live!
