The service department, Chris, the service manager does not like to deal with customers. Tries to get me to speak to other ppl. My check engine light came on and was told that they fixed the situation. On Thanksgiving day my check engine light came back on when it was Just in there five days ago. I drive a 2023 Ford maverick hybrid and the codes that pops up is for the hybrid system which I made him aware of, but it’s still doing the same thing. Make it right Chris!

I went to buy my second F150 from this guys, from sales Juan Perez, all the way up to the sales manager and finance who went the extra mile like: helping me out with a great price, good numbers, and even waiting for me after their time to clock out, just to help me drive the same night with my new truck. Thank you guys!!!👌🏼👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I totally recommend this dealer, just stop by and ask for Juan Perez he also habla español.

The parts department won’t give you a part number to your own vehicle like as if u didn’t buy a ford the most valuable things in life are not attainable with money sad to see a company this big doesn’t understand that and let me not forget to mention the older lady with blonde hair has an attitude she must want to retire so bad

Took my 2014 Superduty Diesel for oil change and maintenance. I also had an issue with my stabilizer bar which caused the front end to shake. Thomas, my service advisor got me in right away and had the truck finished the same day. I am very pleased with the work done on the vehicle and the great customer service. Will be back soon to get quotes on new tires.

I got a call yesterday from Paul at Raceway Ford at 10:54 a.m. to schedule an oil change appointment. I showed up today and was met with one of the most dismissive and uninterested employees I’ve ever dealt with. He barely looked at me, claimed there was “no appointment,” took zero responsibility, and then told me to go to an outside oil change business because “they only handle appointments here.”
So… I had an appointment. One that your dealership called me to set up.
No apology, no effort to fix it, nothing. Just a complete brush-off and a waste of my time. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I expected better from Raceway Ford.

Excellent customer service! Car pick up and drop off is very helpful. The staff is pleasant and easy to work with. When an issue arose, the manager, Mike was able to get the problem resolved.

Poor Customer Service Experience
I took my car in for service and was very disappointed with the way I was treated. As soon as I walked in, Christofer Cervantes had an attitude. From the moment I dropped off my car to the messages we exchanged, his tone and communication were unprofessional. I was confused about the gas level in my vehicle and reached out to ask, but he took hours to respond and still didn’t clearly answer my question.
When I came to pick up my car, he still had an attitude and didn’t bother to explain what was found or fixed he just handed me my keys and paperwork. Overall, his customer service was poor, and I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication or respect.
