“Came here today for my kids field trip. I believe his name was Joe? I could be wrong. But he was great with the kids. Kind and was able to make kid friendly jokes. We got to see the "background" scene of everything which was cool for my kids since we shop have shopped at this location many times. Everything was spotless behind the scenes. They also gave the kids a cookie and backpack of snacks and school supplies which we weren't expecting and thought it was very thoughtful of them.”
“Ray C in the deli was super helpful and friendly. His service was excellent I asked him to make an Itallian Family sub with different cheese and more peppers. He did a great job and provided the mayo and mustard packets. This is my favorite Staters Bros, everyone is always friendly and ready to help.”
“About two weeks ago, I came in with my mother to pick up groceries for Christmas and two young ladies were very kind and helpful to my mother and I. I felt very welcomed in this store and I will gladly return again. We need more workers like them!!(I don't recall the names but one of the young ladies was tall with black hair, and the other young lady was short with blondish hair.)”
“Of all the Stater Brothers I have been to, this is the cleanest one thus far and I visited to at least 10 locations. When I first moved to the Ranch, I wanted to make sure there was a supermarket close by in the community. Back in 2019, I met the store manager, who was well into 25 years plus with Staters. He greeted everyone who walked thru those doors. He knew just about everyone who came thru that store. Very friendly and gave the big store community service vibe. The produce are always fresh and so were the meats and cuts.I must say that I can depend on this location to provide the best service every day.”
“Friendly Supermarket in the neighborhood- Staff are very helpful and friendly. The service is great and Cashiers are so kind and polite also helpful. The Restrooms are clean and well maintained. The price are reasonable especially with their Coupons or Sales. The products are fresh and also well kept and well stocked. Plenty of Parking. At night also well lit.”

“Charles is the best extra most bestest worker in the community of highland. Our register stopped and started smoking today while he was checking us out- he worked through his lunch break to finish out purchase. 10/10 this guy needs a raise Also Brenda's cool”
“I go to Stater Brothers for FRESH produce as well as they bag your groceries for you . I am willing to pay more at stater Bro's when they are providing FRESH items . So naturally, when I saw these onions I was very dissapointed . Typically everything looks good however lately ( the last three visits) I've noticed some lack of care for the customers here. I would be willing to try this location's produce section again but would need to see significant changes moving forward for me to keep coming to Moreno Valley / Pigeon pass location.”
“The service deli at this location makes the best chicken! Angelica keeps her team full of energy! I hope they are able to keep the staff they currently have, the customer service has always been amazing! The meat department is also amazing jeff runs a great crew over there! The people that keep me coming back specifically are Emery, Jeff, Monica, and The big guy Austin! Love these people great customer service skills over all!”
“the best rite aid in entire area. I was using the rite aid in Hemet, but would rather make the drive to Beaumonts Rite Aid. The people who work there are nicer, more courteous, and make sure the customer is taken care. if you live within a 30mile radius of this Rite Aid(1660 E 1st St) and use Rite Aid to get your medication then make the drive it's way worth it!”
“The Lead Pharmacist Ngozi is Awesome, best Pharmacist I ever had. Ngozi really cares and makes an effort to help. I've talked about personal problems, and she took time to listen and show concern. She always asks how I am doing. I have had complaints on other staff, and she promptly corrected the issues.”
“i have to admit it was a pretty decent place to work. pay sucked but everywhere pay sucks. my manager treated me good and stuff and i didnt have to do any of the stockign cuz of my bad knee. i kinda regret quitting but i think its all good cuz i get paids more now so were all good walmart. still shop there but dont recommend many of the people workingnow.”

“2/5. I went to the bakery, and I was taken by aww of the smell cakes selections and cleanliness of the facility. The bread was fresh, and the baker Passion Valdivia gave me tour showing me the desert, sweets, ice cream. She was very passionate about her work, and answer all my questions and explained everything about the bakery. The cashier, Charley was also very friendly. I wish I a superior close to my house, but this place is worth the trip and I definitely will get my cakes from this store. The fruits on the cake was fresh, high question. My client from my job recommended this place and I was very satisfied with the cake they pick, I had to visit.”
“Who doesn't love Rite Aid (Thrifty's) ice cream... I have a dear older friend and this was her request one night. Two healthy scoops of Pecan ice cream. When I say healthy they were really nice scoops. It brought back so many memories when I walked up to the counter... My grandmother use to always reward us with this sweet treat...memories from a bygone era. It's still one of the best places to get ice cream.”

“Customer service /hospitality +: I was specifically looking for a German Chocolate cake this morning. Of course because it's listed someplace on line doesn't mean it exists. Then I went to Vons on Orange in Redlands to their bakery. After telling the staff what I needed, they came out to look for it also. The young lady went to look for a slice but came out with a sml individual German Chocolate cake and added birthday pick to it. Upon checking out there was Cheryl & Ashley checking items and keeping you in stitches. There energy picked you right up .. the smiles and laughter and for me, positive conversation as they worked.. that day, it didn't get better than the atmosphere in that store and those ladies boosting hat atmosphere. The store is nicely set up, clean and well lighted.. easy to navigate and offer lots of products not seen in other stores.The staff I encountered are for sure keepers and they seem to enjoy what they do.. I will be mindful to go to that Vons when shopping and recommend to others. A keeper”

“This isn't the closest Staters to my house, but I don't mind going the extra 5 minutes to this location. Reason being it has a full bakery and deli (sushi bar too I believe) The one by my house (on Highland ave and del Rosa) has no birthday cakes, the bakery section is only boxed cookies and muffins and stuff. And it's pulling teeth to get anyone to make you a sandwich there. This location the customer service is always great, quick and friendly. I'll keep shopping here!”
